I leaned my head back, and let a tear fall from my eye. Sam and I were going to die. We deal with supernatural creatures, not serial killers.

"They are hunting humans," I started with a shaky voice.

"Hey, we are gonna get out of here, okay. I'm sure Dean is out there doing everything he can to look for us," Sam tried to reassure me.

I nodded, but wasn't to convinced he would be here soon. I mean if the police haven't found this place yet, how was Dean supposed too?

Moments later an older man brought another woman in. She was unconscious, and he gently placed her in the cage that Mr. Jankens was in before. Before the man left he hit Sam's and my cages with a bat. The loud noise echoed throughout the room causing my head to ache even more.

He laughed at us, then left the room making sure to lock everything up. I looked over to the woman, and she seemed to be wearing part of an officer uniform. She slowly started to wake, and her hand made its way to the back of her head. She groaned in pain as she took in her surroundings.

I took this time to try and stand up, but struggled greatly with the task. I was still experiencing dizziness, and my left arm was of no use at the moment. Once I was up I held onto the metal cage tightly so I wouldn't fall over.

"Where am I," the woman asked the same question I did earlier.

"You alright," Sam asked.

The woman looked over at us quickly, but closed her eyes and winced with the quick movement. She opened her eyes seconds later and looked at Sam and asked, "Are you Sam Winchester?"

My ears perked up at the mention of his name, and I looked at the woman curiously. How did she know about Sam? Is this the officer Dean has been working with to find us?

She then looked to me as I staggered closer, "You must be Devyn. Dean is worried sick about the two of you."

"Where is he," I asked quickly.

"I cuffed him to my car. I thought I could handle the situation," the woman responded.

I glared at her and scoffed, "You thought you could handle a bunch of cerial killers on your own!"

I winced at the loudness of my own voice, and groaned from the strain it caused. The door then opened, and we all held our breath as slow steady footsteps made their way towards us.

I let out a sigh of relief when I saw Dean round the corner. Another tear escaped my eye, and I shared a look with Sam. Dean quickly noticed us and briskly walked up to our cages.

"Damn am I happy to see you guys," Dean said with a wide smile.

"Same here," I mumbled, happy to be hopefully saved from this hell hole.

"How did you get out of the cuffs, Greg," Miss Officer asked.

Dean whipped around and smirked, "I know a trick or two."

I rolled my eyes, which caused my head to pound, at Dean. Greg really!

"Greg," I said with a pleading voice.

Dean whipped around again and walked closer to me. I was still holding onto the cage for dear life to keep me up.

"What's up sweetheart," he said softly.

I looked him in the eyes, he was slightly blurry, but I'm just gonna ignore that for now, "I'm so happy you found us."

He looked over my shoulder, and concern replaced his happiness as he took in the state I was in right now, "What the hell did they do to you? I went back to the motel room, and it-"

I reached my hand out of the cage, swaying a bit and said, "I'm fine, they just bonked me on the head a little bit."

"Devyn, you were passed out for almost two hours before you woke up," Sam interjected.

Dean and I both looked over at Sam. I sent him a look of annoyance, and Dean looked at him confused.

"Wait, two hours," Dean asked.

I swayed again and said, "It-it doesn't matter, just figure out how to get us out of these cages."

Dean nodded and I brought my hand away from his face. I needed to hold onto something or I was gonna definitely fall over. I'm gonna have to go to the hospital again, to get my head checked out.

He was looking around and said, "Alright, let's see here. They look like they are gonna be a bitch!"

"Well there is some kind of automatic control right there," Sam said pointing to the pole behind Dean, which held the controls.

"You saw them," Dean asked us.

"Yeah Dean, they are just people," Sam explained.

"And they jumped you," Dean asked, raising his eyebrows. Sam didn't answer as Dean responded sarcastically, "Must be getting rusty there kiddo. How'd they get you Dev?"

I shifted a bit as my dizziness started to fade and said, "They- uhm... they broke into the motel room, and I was cleaning out my wound. They caught me while I was vulnerable. I couldn't fight back. I was in too much pain. When I tried he - he grabbed my shoulder, and dug his fingers into my wound."

Silent tears were falling down my face as I explained what had happened. I can't believe I got attacked again in a motel room. I was finally okay to be alone, and this just ruined all the progress I made.

"We need to stop leaving you alone in motel rooms," Dean tried to joke. I let out a small laugh, because I couldn't agree more with what he just said. All though this could've been avoided if he had just woken me up this morning and taken me with him to the police station. I didn't need him feeling worse than he probably already does about the situation, though.

"So what do they want," Dean asked after a few minutes of fiddling with the controls.

"I don't know. They let Janksens go, but it was a trap. It doesn't make any sense to me," Sam said.

"Well, that's the point. With our usual play mates they have rules, patterns. With humans, well they are just crazy," Dean explained.

"Did you get anything, see anything," I asked as I started to sway again, another dizzy spell taking over.

"They have about a dozen cars in the back of the place, so I'm assuming when they take someone they take their cars too," Dean explained to us, moving around still looking for a way to open the cages. He then turned to me and saw me unsteady on my feet and said, "Maybe you should sit down. You don't look too hot right now."

"I'm fine! Just get us out of here," I shouted in irritation.

"Did you happen to see a black mustang about ten years old," Miss Officer asked Dean, speaking for the first time in forever.

"I did actually, I'm sorry," Dean said, solemnly. "Alright, let's get you guys out of here. Does this thing have a key? Have you seen a key," Dean asked whipping around to face us quickly.

"Uh... I don't know," Sam said, talking with his hands.

"Alright, well I'm gonna go find it, you guys don't go anywhere," Dean said smirking, walking away and leaving.

"Be careful, please," I said before he exited the barn we were being held in.

"Always am, sweetheart," He replied, then left.
