Why was I the only one able to see, hear and touch them? Does it have something to do with my wish last month?

Flashback

I was turning 18 last month and I
Was really wishing something do dumb that I didn't think will happen but I still wished for it anyways

'I wish to meet the Pillars, Oyakata-sama, and the trio along with Nezuko...' I said blowing out the candles

Flashback end

"Maybe it does have something to do with my birthday wish last month..." I murmured as we were walking back to my 'parent's' house

Zenitsu was able to hear this, but chose not to speak

"Hey! I told you to fight me earlier didn't I?!" Shouted Inosuke

"I already told you that I'll fight you next time." I said blankly

"You're like Liyuu here, always with the bored look on your both your faces." He said

"His name is Giyuu and I don't even know what you're talking about." I said back

We walked in a store to buy a few materials for the art project and a few bandages for my face too

"Guys! Look!" Said Mitsuri

She was pointing on a poster of all of the Hashiras then they all started laughing except me, Giyuu, Tanjiro and Oyakata-sama.

This is the saddest one yet

"What are they laughing about?" Asked Oyakata-sama

"They are laughing at the posters of the Hashiras, but the Water Pillar's poster was distant from theirs." Said one of the children

"There's another one!" Shouted Sanemi

"What is with these designs?" Asked Tanjiro

"They always make fun of Giyuu in this world, but other than that, they actually like him despite what Shinobu said." I said turning to look at a bunch of girls buying Giyuu's posters and his mismatched haori too

"They... Like me?" He asked with a bit of surprise in his tone

"No." I answered

"See! I always knew that-" I cut Shinobu off

"They LOVE you." I said to him with a small smile

"Love?" He asked

"Yes, they love you." I said

"That looks like Sabito's mask." I muttered as I turned my gaze into a bunch of masks as a certain one caught my eye. So I bought it

"Sabito..." I heard Giyuu say as I took a look at him. He was looking at one of Sabito's posters tearing up a little.

"I know you miss him." I said

"Here." I said as I showed him a duplicate of his talisman mask

"Is this..."

"It's just for cosplays." I said with a smile

"Cosplay?" He asked raising an eyebrow

"It's like dressing up. Like that guy over there that looks like Zenitsu and the girl that looks like Nezuko." I said as he turned his gaze  towards the two people chasing each other

(It's just the first part ok? Lolol)

"He's definitely like Zenitsu." He said with a smile

"Wait. Are you smiling? I've never seen you smile in the show before." I said

"I am?" He said as he looked over a mirror but saw nothing so I answered for him

"Yes, you are." I said

"Ara ara! This place is amazing!" Said Shinobu with a few things in hand

"We just hold something and they like magically duplicate!" Said Mitsuri with a few dresses in hand too

"Isn't that like, a $40,000 Katana?!" I asked

"$?"

"It's the money currency here in the US." I said as even Oyakata-sama bought a few things too.

Let's just say, they all did take something

As soon as we got home, my dad was drunk and my mother was too

"What are doing out so late?!" Shouted my dad

"Hunting for supplies for the school project." I said blankly

"You're lying! You went back to that brat didn't you?!" Asked my mom referring to Veronica

"No, I was just at the gym recently. I was practicing self defense." I said

"Then what are this Bandages in your face for?!" They both screamed as dad slapped me hard but I still held my face emotionless

"Y/n!" They all screamed

"What's going on?" Asked Oyakata-sama

"Y/n has been slapped by her drunk dad."

"Leave me alone will ya?" I said as I motioned for the others to follow which they gratefully did

"It's pretty small and messy but, at least you have a place to stay." I said as I opened the room
