Chapter 1

AJ'S POV
"I wasn't saying 'yes' to Daniel, I was saying 'yes' to someone else." I said.

Soon after Paige's music hits and a screech fills the arena.

She walked out with her signature black gear and a leather jacket with the words 'this is my house' on it.

She got in the ring and Daniel was staring at her in genuine shock.

This wasn't the original plan so I get why he was.

"Why so surprised, Daniel? It's clear that you couldn't satisfy AJ." Paige said into the mic which got a reaction out of the crowd.

"This is awesome! This is awesome!" I heard them repeat.

Daniel seemed to realize that there was new script changes and adjusted to them and put on his persona.

"And if I couldn't, you could?" He said.

"Of course, these fingers can do wonders." Paige said, suggestively while holding her left hand up.

I felt my knees buckle at that, she seemed to realize it too because a smirk spread across her face and she winked at me.

"Listen, rookie. I don't know who you think you are but you're clearly not enough to interrupt a legend like myself, Daniel Bryan."

"A legend? Do you know who you're talking to?" Paige asked.

"No one that matters." Daniel said.

"Hmm, your fiancée didn't say that when she was in my bed last night." She said with a smile.

I smiled at that and almost laughed but I quickly covered it up by putting my hands on my mouth.

"You think this is funny?" He asked.

I shrugged.

And out of the corner of my eye, I saw Paige walking to the ring.

"Listen, buddy. Don't get near my girl." She said.

Daniel looked between us and taunted Paige by putting his arm around my shoulder.

She gritted her teeth and bitterly laughed.

"What're you gonna do?" He asked her, daringly.

She stayed silent though.

"Exactly, you can't do anything. You can talk the talk but you sure as hell cant walk the walk." He said, smirking.

"So, why don't you run along and leave where you came from." He said, confidently.

"Oh, I'm not going anywhere." She said.

"You, on the other hand, you're definitely going somewhere." She said.

Daniel stared at her in confusion, and out of the corner of my eye I saw Punk with a steel chair in his hand, he noticed that I saw him and gave me a smile and gestured for me to move away.

I quickly jumped back and Daniel turned to me in confusion, that's when Punk hit him.
