I think I'm gonna have to say, Minerva from Sabertooth. 
Mostly because of how much she has hurt Sabertooth. He seems to be the darkest person of Sabertooth, she seems to have hurt everyone in some way. She also seems to get what she wants when it comes to Sabertooth.
