walking up from my usual after school nap, i received a text message from what it seems like two people..

since i didnt feel like talking to that shit head that cheater i opted to reply to check the unknown number's text.

unknown no. :buy me food

y/n :uh do i know you?

unknown no. : rude

unknown no. : im trying to say how rude of you to not save my number ..

as i sent my that last text my phone received a very unexpected call from the one and only, unknown number which i had just ended our little conversation a few seconds ago.
i picked it up willing, curious as to who this uncooperative person is.

a simple "hey" was heard as i picked up the incoming call, the voice came from someone who had quite a low voice. ngl wonder how he's morning voice would sound like.

"look who it is, it was you the whole time." the first thing i said after hearing his voice

"why were you expecting someone else?" questioned in a cheeky manner

" sunghoon you could have said it was you from the beginning" i spoke sounding a hint of annoyance in my tone

"i know, but that would have been boring" he remarked

it was true thought the convo would have ended much quickly if he had revealed his identity

"although i must say how rude of you to not save my number" he stated

"oh come on i didn't know" i said

"don't play innocent cry baby, our coach has a group chat for all the ice skaters and you would definitely figure out it was my number cause THIs very number replies to coach yang's text whenever she changes training schedule! rude y/n.."

"excuse me did you just call me a cry baby?" i retorted
" please like you aren't one!" he stated back with sass.
"oh shut up u over dramatic penguin" i said replying back to his statement.
"did you just call me a penguin? Do i look like one to you y/n" he questioned sounding so bewildered that someone had called him a penguin.
"yes definitely" i said giggling a lil bit

"cute" was softly heard on the other side of the line

i noticed it but played it cool cause perhaps he's referring to something else like possibly his cat. but curiously killed that cat aha so i asked him

" cute?" i asked hoping that it wouldn't make the convo weird or awkward in any way

"yea"
"my dog was all curled up on my bed n he looked like a fluff ball."
"why did you take it personally? boohoo soz women it wasn't for u ahaha" was what he respond with..
my ears were definitely turning red out of embarrassment wondering why my stupid self would even ask ,this twat was gonna tease me for it even if i didn't think it was directed to me.

"please sunghoon, you thought" was all i could respond, my brain no longer could think of anything to say.

"aww someone sounded pissy, fine take it as a once in a lifetime compliment" the last thing he said before we bid our farewell as he had to leave to the pc room with his friends and well i had someone i had to attend to or u could say end to.

i opened the other text i received, not very thrilled to converse with such a person tho it's a good thing i no longer was hurting cause of him seems to me like i have somehow moved on after a week of self isolation and crying my non existent balls off although a tiny part of me do miss him.

all it said was :
"y/n luv something seems off"
"we need to talk"
"meet me at the park at 8"

like that there i was at the park at 8 just like he wanted me too.
