'Um, well..' I start

' you need to tell me something?'

' well yes, it's very important'

'I'm all ears' she says with a small smile.

' I'm going straight to the point, my parents told me that they wanted to make sure that I'll marry a pureblood witch, so they combined me with Lea Rivers..'
I see her eyes widened when I say the last part.

'.. obviously, I won't even consider dating her, so I came up with an excuse that worked.' I continue

'Which is?' She asked out of curiosity

' I told them that I already have a girlfriend, but I don't. And now they want me to tell them about her and they also want to meet her.'

'And you're telling me this because..?' Asks y/n lifting up one brow

'I'm not one to ask favours, but this is important. I want you to pretend that you're my girlfriend' I finally handle to let go.

'What? L-Like fake dating?'

'Yeah, kinda'

'Um, I'll think about it..'

' thankyou! Please let me know. You're my only hope' I said taking her hands in mines and looking at her eyes.

Y/n's pov

I felt his warm touch against my cold hands, and in his eyes I see how sincere he was, and how I truly was his only hope rn.

'I have to go now, please let me know!' He says leaving my hands and running away

As soon as he was gone, I felt a feeling of abandonment . Weird

Time went by really fast .
I had Charms, Arithmancy, lunch and double Herbology with Hufflepuff

The highlight of the day was Abby getting paired up with Dan, and Dan trying not to blush every second.
Even the professor ships hehe

While we were walking towards dinner I told Abby about the situation with Riddle.
She thinks that I should help him and that it was my moment to shine? I don't know what she means but I think it'll be fun.

' alright then, I'll do it' I tell her

' perfect! Maybe It'll become more than just fake dating' she says elbowing my arm

'Oh shove off!' I fake being irritated as we both start laughing.

We entered the great hall

'Go get your man' she whispers as we went separate ways towards our tables.

As I was looking for Riddle I locked eyes with Dan who gave me a thumbs up , he knows too, I replied with a nod and continued looking for Riddle.
Poor him, Rivers was tormenting him as always.

If I have to fake date him for his parents I may also help him get rid of her bothersome ass.

'Rivers, stop bothering me! How many times do I have to tell you that I have a girlfriend!' I hear tom hissing with anger

'Well, I don't see her'

Ughh this bitch

'Turn around! Now you see her' I say with my arms crossed and a smirk on my face

'Now, get off my man' I utter without caring about the bad looks I gained, not only from Lea, but from other girls too

I took a sit beside tom and put my arm under his  as He whisper in my ear

' I'll take that as a yes'

Lea moved to a different side of the table, far from us.

'Thanks' said Tom
I removed my arm from his and started eating.
'I'll help you with your parents, but since you also need help here at school.. I thought why not'
I say before taking a sip from my goblet

'Dude marry her already!' Said the guy sitting in front of us, I believe he is Abraxas Malfoy

'Forreal! Before I do' continued the boy sitting beside him .. Anthony Avery I think. They are the only friends of Tom.

I laughed at their affirmations

'Can we talk later? I mean getting into details about it you know' Tom addresses me

' yeah sure when and where?

' 11 pm, my dorm'

His dorm..nah y/n what are you thinking!!

'Oh okay ' was all my dumbass managed to say..

After dinner I talked a bit with my two friends and then went to my dorm.
I still have an hour before meeting tom..

A/n : this is the longest chapter I've ever madeee, I'm kinda proud of it. It was like 1663 words 🤗
