Synopsis:

A long time ago, Deep in the mountains lived a village of ninjas but the leaders of the village lived the Tatsumaki Clan a powerful clan of ninjas who controlled the village, while even though they were all very powerful every villager including them had something called Chakra they could control to perform amazing feats never accomplished by normal people and the worst thing people outside of village never new about but the higher archy of ninjas in the village were able to to summon up their Chakra and use it as armor but the rival village deep in the heart of the forest lived a rival village that even they didn't know of who strived to destroy the village hidden in the valley which they almost succeeded but the leaders of the Village sent there two sons and closest friend to the city to hide from the evil village hidden in the Forest but then one day when explorers found the village and the scrolls that contained the secrets of the villages jutsu and everything and made their city a city full of ninjas.

Forrest and Dean Rodgers twin brothers (And descendants of Sylvester and Sylvia Rodgers both leaders of the village hidden in the Valley) both live in Stallion City, Texas home to the original ninjas and city of New ninjas they have schools for young ninja and they have ranks from S to F, now as for Forrest and Dean they are Rank F they are at the bottom at the rankings and they are always picked on because of it but that changes because one day while they were meditating they met their dead mom and dads souls in the spirit realm and they gave them the Chakra Drivers because the evil forest ninjas found them and that allowed them to turn into Kamen Riders to stop the forces of evil.

Finisher Sequence: They clone themselves then deal multiple strikes of chakra towards there opponents to Incapacitate there opponent.
