Percy POV
The conch horn blew, signifying a monster attack.
All the campers had assembled with armor and weapons, but I summoned a machine gun with adamantium ammunition. I opened fire on the monsters, and I quickly destroyed them all.
The campers all gaped at me. I rolled my eyes. "You haven't seen adamantium before?" I asked.
The campers did not respond.
"Never mind." I muttered. We then walked back to our cabin.
Things only got weirder that day.
