"I guess so, i just have to get used too these mark or scars or whatever these are." i looked at my disfigured body. There was so much that had happened that i have no idea what to feel. Am i allowed to be mad at bakugo for leaving me behind? I mean he was right, if i haven't had messed around we wouldnt have been in this mess. I'm scared these scars are never going to go away and i havent even seen all of them yet. I sighed,

"Thanks deku, i need to get back to work though."

"Oh, anytime. Good luck." he smiled gently and the ran back to his group.

I made my way back to bakugo. I felt a pain in my stomach like i actually wanted him to feel bad. I think i'm just overthinking the though of him being soft. We didn't choose to be partners so i could see why he was so aggravated with me. A small quiet girl with a water quirk paired up with a brood snarky boy with fire powers doesnt seem like the best pair in my opinion. I had always studied him in class though. He was relentlessly bullying deku or mad at someone else.i constantly thought about him and wanted to know why he is the way he is. Why was he such a hothead? I mean weve been a pair for three days now doing tasks in the woods and i think hes become quite fond of me. Im not sure though. I could see him from a distance clearing up the dead wood in the pathway. I walked passed him and made my way back to the tent.

"Hey! Aquora! Wait up!" i didnt turn to him i just kept walking forward.

"I said wait up!" i felt him grab me and throw me against the nearest tree. I winced and began to cry as my sore body hit the bark. I could feel it scrape against my skin. His breathing was heavy and his breath was short.

"Just because i said i was sorry doesnt mean.." he paused and took a look at the tears streaming down my face.

"Forget it." he mumbled pushing himself off of me and returning to his work.

What made him change his mind. I wanted to know. I was in too much pain to move so i slumped down against the tree and drifted to sleep. I jolted awake to find it was completely dark out. Has everyone forgotten about me? I took a lood around to see if there was any activity. I heard a rustle in the bushes up ahead and ran to the bush next to me to hide. A blonde spikey ball popped over the hedge and continued to move closer to the tree. It was bakugo. He was muttering something under his breath. He stopped dead in his tracks as he found that i was no longer at the tree.

"AQUORA!" he yelled and began searching around. He grabbed a nearby stick and set it on fire.

Behind me was a deep growl, i froze, not wanting to turn around but i couldn't just bolt. I slowly turned my head to the side.About two wolves had lined up behind me. I squeaked slightly.

"Help." i could barely whisper as one more wolf came from the shadows of the woods. The last wolf was bigger and scarier than the others.

"Nice little doggy." the more i stood there the closer they got and more teeth they bared.

"Good BOY!" i yelled as one launched itself at me. I splashed it to the side using my quirk. The other smaller one leaped at me but i moved as it caught onto my already torn shirt. I shreiked and fell to the ground. I saw a bright light go through the bush and one of the wolves yelp. The one on top of me was pushed off and limping with a patch of fur that had been burned off.

"Go get out of here!" i heard his voice tell me as i scrambled up.

No. im not letting him save me again. I shouldnt be such a burden.

I began blasting the smaller wolves with the most amount of force i could apply. Bakugo was too busy fighting the largest wolf. The wolf leaped onto him before he could get another blast out. He fell to the ground and brawled with the animal trying to get it off.

"BAKUGO!" i pineed the other two wolves against the nearst tree and used my other hand to blast the biggest wolf. The wolf seemed unbothered by my water then again im unable to use full power. It looked up at me and began to snarl. I could tell it was ready to leap but Bakugo got back up and blasted it causing it to cry and run away. I released my hold on the other two as they fell to the ground knocked out. I ran over to him.

"Are you okay?" he groaned. I took a look at his arm asit was bleeding.

"Get away from me. Im fine." he said sharply as he yanked his arm away from me. He got up.

"How are you supposed to be a good hero if you cant even fight a small pack of wolves?" he said to me as he turned and walked back to the tent. I followed him backas well. His words really stuck to me. How am i supposed to fight villains if i cant fight a few wild dogs. I stared at the groun beneath me the whole way back. Blood had dripped onto the dirt from Bakugos arm. I wanted to fix it so bad.

"Hey , can i help you fix up your arm?" i asked softly and flinched as he turned around. I was ready for his hurtful words that would shoot through me.

"No. im fine i said. Are you okay?" he responded with a normal tone. He looked back forward.

"Are you sure? I know you like to fend on your own and you pretty much hate me, especially after saving me twice. But i want to help you. It was my fault you got attacked anyway. Its okay to get help sometimes." he sighed as we walked up to the tents.

"If it gets you to shut up, fine." he grit his teeth. He sat down on the big log we found to use as a chair when we had a bonfire.
