Able to change/reshape your cellular structure and body into anything you can imagine. You can change your full body, or just parts depending on what you want.
While using your quirk you can heal/regenerate quickly and if you decide to quit phasing, these capabilities allow you to continue fighting even after serious injuries.
After a long period of time of phasing, you can become exhausted and sick once you stop using your quirk, to the point of passing out and feeling ill for the rest of the day or longer.
The size or amount of change you go through can also impact these negative outcomes.
If you stop using your quirk after receiving injuries, the injuries can remain sustained if you don't allow yourself time to heal while using your quirk.
You're able to turn into anything you want, including different people, items, animals, etc.
Although you don't gain the quirks of someone else, you do gain physical abilities from animals, items, and people that may be stronger than you when in that form.
You can change your own body, gaining anything you want, changing size, or changing the 'material' of your skin, etc.
Changing into certain forms that you're not used to using yet can have a painful transformation.
The time taken to change your form is immediate and quick, and you can reshape yourself numerous times until you stop using your quirk.
The only way you could die while using your quirk was by decapitation since you can regenerate and heal quickly.
