When he got there, he noticed that his beautiful IT girl was still sound asleep. "Hey, Dig, did she not wake up yet?" Oliver whispered to Diggle as he walked up to him. "She did. Once she realized that you were gone, she asked me where you were. I told her that you were chasing down some robbers and with that, she fell back asleep," Dig explained. "Ok, well, I'm gonna go in and see her," Oliver walked towards Felicity's room when Diggle objected. "Might not wanna do that," Oliver turned around and took a step towards Diggle. "Why?" "Because she's gonna wanna get up and if she does, she's gonna hurt herself," he explained. Oliver looked at him, confused. "She's got a pneumothorax," Dig said. Oliver exhaled. "I'll keep her down," he solved. With that, he walked into Felicity's room.

Felicity woke up once she heard the close. "Oliver," She tried to get up, but then gasped in pain. "Hey, calm down," Oliver said. Felicity put her head back down. She took a deep breath. "How long am I gonna be in here?" She hated waking up in a hospital room. "Not for long, okay?" Felicity nodded. Felicity looked up at him. Oliver looked like he hadn't slept for days. "Hey, are you okay?" She put a hand on his arm. "You look tired," "I'm fine, Felicity," Oliver shook it off. "Go home, Ollie. Get some sleep," she said tenderly. "Felicity," "Go," she gestured towards the door. Oliver gave up and went home.
