Hawks POV:
The attack from the league of villains was a surprise to the whole of the nation, the large attack on the innocent people of Mututafu was a shock to the whole world. All the heroes from around had come to help in the battle of good and evil, each picking a target and fighting with all their strength. I grabbed another feather and planted in someone's chest while flying off to find another villain to fight. " Yo Hawks" I heard Bakugo shout amongst the chaos. I turned around quickly to see him pointing at Y/N, a beautiful girl that I was dating. She was helping the civilians who were injured because she told me once even though I don't have a quirk, I will still help in the times people need me most.
I smiled to myself as I saw how she helped the little kids and the elderly get out of the dangerous battle zone. "Hawks!! What are you doing get her out of there!!" I heard him scream as Dabi made his way to her pushing heroes out of his way towards her. "Baby bird, run!!" I screamed as he made a large burst of flames in his hands aiming right at her. She clearly didn't hear me over the agonizing screams of death as she went to help a little girl whose leg was trapped under a large piece of rubble. The little girl wobbled on her leg and said a quick thank you while running off to safety, I tried again. "Kid move now!" I screamed making my way to her. I was closing onto her catching Dabi's attention. Dabi turned around hearing my shouts and smiling at me and slowly mouthed "say goodbye to your baby bird" and let go. The ball of flames missed her but hit the crumbling building behind her. "Kid!!" I cried as I dived down to get her.
The rubble falling from the tower had trapped my wings, causing loud cracks through the night air. She looked at me, eyes wide with fear as she knew her fate and whispered "I love you chicken head tell Bakugo I'll miss him too." Tears running down her dirty face as the rubble smashed her. "Y/N NOOOOO!!!!!!". I screamed as visible soft hands, those soft little hands I loved to hold so much shock and went limp against the concrete. I sod sadly as Dabi walked slowly towards me. "Hey did she was pregnant too with your child? Oh no she was meant to tell tonight," He said slyly. My face dropped she was so happy earlier, she told me she had a surprise for me when I came back from work and was constantly texting me throughout work saying how excited she was.
