~during lunch~
*Nathan's P.O.V*
"Are those dip-shits fighting again?" My friend Danny asked.
"Looks like it." Summer answered.
Me, Danny, and Summer, always sit together at lunch, And about once or twice every week, Tristan Moore and Christopher wells get into some type of argument. What's funny is, those two have a string paired together.
At first, I thought it was a mock string. A mock string is a red string that pairs two people together that will eventually date, but they aren't soulmates. Then, as I manage to get closer looks at their string, I noticed that they were indeed soulmates.
"I ship it." I said with my mouth full of food.
"I'm sorry, what?" Danny asked, giving me the most confused look I've ever seen.
I swallowed my food and said
"It's a ship dynamic. Enemies to lovers. The two may hate each other now, but if they let me set them up on a blind date together, I gaurentee they'll be going out within a week." I said, stuffing more food in my mouth.
"Those two? Nathan, I get that you seriously work miracles when it comes to love, but I doubt that they're going to end up together." Summer said.
"That's why I have a plan. Tristan and Chris have been at it since day one. I've noticed that when it comes to their friendships and past relationships is that all of them used to hate each other but all it took was a pair project and being locked in classrooms together." I said, pulling out a notebook filled to the brim with how all of my classmates act and behave.
Summer and Danny looked at me like I was crazy.
"You're a maniac." They said in unison while digging into their food.
"Hey, babe!" I heard a familiar voice yell.
"Huh? Parker? What is it?" Summer looked up to her boyfriend who was standing over her as he kissed Summer on the four head.
"I over heard you guys talking and I wanted in on Nathan's plan." Parker said and sat down beside me, across from Summer.
"If you don't know, I'm friends with both of those dumbasses. I can get ya some inside in tell if you want." Parker said, pointing behind him at the two boys that might as well be as loud as fireworks on Fourth Of July.
"Hmm.. whaddya got?" I asked Parker, flipping to the pages in my notebook that had Chris and Tristan right beside each other with a pencil in my hand.
"Well, I've noticed that the both of them really enjoy fireworks and festivals. And get this, the town's annual festival is next week, we can do this!" Parker said excitedly.
"Useful.. very useful... Parker, meet me in the library during study hall.. we'll discuss further into this then.." I said in a spy like voice trying to be funny as the end of lunch bell rang.
I grabbed my notebook and pencil and walked out of the cafeteria, staring at Chris and Tristan who were now separated from each other.
I've never met a pair that I couldn't get together.. you're going to be a picknik..
I wasn't exactly paying attention to where I was walking, but I knew I was in the hall way when I bumped I to someone, causing me to fall to the floor dropping my notebooks.
I looked up and saw Josh getting down on his knees to help me pickup my notebooks.
"Oh- Josh! Jeez, I'm sorry! Didn't mean to bump into you!" I said, scrambling to grab my books in a flustered mess.
