Vectors are great, but making your own can be hard, especially when you have very little drawing skill like me. So this method might not make the most amazing vectors, but I think they're pretty decent and you really don't need to be able to draw to do it.
In case you don't know what I'm on about, here's a vector I made:

I'll be doing this tutorial on ibispaint, but the same method can be applied to basically any app or website that has a paintbrush tool and access to layers.

Step 1 Open your model, create a new blank layer, and select the brush tool. It doesn't really matter which brush you use, just make sure it's hard.

Step 2 Use the eyedropper to select a light-ish colour on the model's skin, and then paint over all the visible skin, like I've done below.
