Chapter 1:

"Liam, time for dinner!" That was my dad calling me from inside the house, he gets mad when I am late for dinner, so I rushed inside. In the dining room. I found my dad putting noodles in two bowls. "Noodles again?" I complained as I sat down "yes Liam, you know I'm not a very good cook" "noodles is all I can make" my dad says in a stern voice. "I know," I say in a half-hearted tone, my dad puts the bowl in front of me and sits down. "So how was your day at school?" He asked me. "It was fine," I say, "although we did get a new kid in our class." "What was their name?" My dad asks me. "Walt Stone" I reply with a bunch of noodles in my mouth. "Did you say his last name was Stone?" My dad said, completely ignoring my bad table manners. (which was a win for me) Swallowing the noodles I say "yeah, that's what I said." Again, my dad ignored my sassiness, I had never seen him this distracted, except when I asked about who my mom was. "Dad," I say "Is there something wrong?" "Do you know these people?" He then smiled, and said "Liam there is something you need to know, something I have avoided telling you until now." he sighed and continued. "All of this is true, and please don't think I am crazy."

Chapter 2

At this point I was confused, "Dad, what have you never told me, and why would I think you are crazy?" "Do you know my name?" My dad asked, "yeah" I said "Loman" my dad replied "no, my real name" "But that's what you told me," I said, even more confused. "My real name is Lloyd" "Loyd?" "As in the famous elemental ninja from the myths?!?" I say, shocked. "Yes, as in the famous Loyd from the myths, I had to hide my identity, so I chose a new name." he continued "because there had been only one person in Ninjago named Lloyd" At this point, I am so astounded, and maybe in a little bit of disbelief, I jump to a conclusion. "If what you are telling me is true..." I pause to think about my next words. "Does that mean that I have your elemental powers too?" He replies, "Yes, I have passed down my powers to you" "You might not believe it, but yes, you have my powers", I almost fainted at those words. I take a second to think about what has been revealed to me in the past three minutes, as I recover from the shock. My dad's name is Lloyd, he is the real Lloyd from the myths, and I have his elemental power. Still not over it, I decided to bring the conversation back to the original subject. "So what does this half to do with that new kid in my class?" I ask, my voice dry. "Well," my dad says " it's a long story" "Well, I'm not going anywhere" I reply, leaning into the table, eager to learn about why my dad knows the Stone family, and how it connects to me. And possibly learn a thing or two about where my mom went.

Chapter 3

"Ok, where to start..." My dad says as he scratches his chin. He then suddenly got up from the table, "why don't we talk somewhere more comfortable, like... the living room." "Shure" I reply. Me and my dad I make our way to the living room, and sit down next to each other on the couch. "Now will you please tell me the story," I ask, starting to get impatient. "Alright, I'm sure you know something about the ninja from your school lessons, It is Ninjago history after all." My dad asks, "what do you know about them?" "Well," I start "I know that there are six main elemental ninjas, Cole, Jay, Kai.... um.... Zane, Nia, and... well... you" I say. "That's a start" my dad replies, "There are actually many more elemental masters" "And they all have a long history..." (Lloyd tells Liam all about the elemental master's history, and ninjas history, right up until after the sons of garmadon) "I just have one question," I say, amazed that my dad had done all of those amazing feats. "What is the question?" my dad asked. "If you did all of that amazing stuff for Ninjago, shouldn't you be famous, and why are we living all the way out here?" I ask, curious. Because we live in a small fishing village, far from the major cities, and villages of Ninjago." "That's another story for another day." My dad says, "you need to go to bed" "But...dad..." I say, disappointed. "Don't worry" my dad says "I will tell you the rest tomorrow after school." As I am walking to my room I can vaguely hear my dad shouting goodnight.
