Intro of Characters

Ruby:

Ruby is the main character in the story, she is kinda based on my own personality but most of you wont know what my personality is like cause I just write stories on here. Ruby is a 24 Year old girl who lives in Los Angeles, she lives on her own and has a small group of friends. She loves bands such as Linkin Park, Nirvana, Green Day, Metallica and The Prodigy. She is 5"10 and has brown hair just below her shoulders, her eyes are green. Ruby never wears girly clothes, even for something formal like a wedding. She typically wears baggy shirts and oversized jeans mainly because this story is set in 2001 but also cause she prefers this type of clothing. Her mother died when she was young and her dad is a raging alcoholic, he drinks to get over the pain. Ruby is straight and hangs around with men more than women, most of her friends are men. Lastly, she has a huge crush on Chester and Mike from Linkin Park.

Mike:

Mike is a dude everyone wants to be friends with. He is 26 and because of his raging success, he is very popular and rarely hated. He raps and sings for his band and is best friends with Chester. Like Ruby, he wears baggy clothing cause its comfortable. Mike also lives on his own. He is 5"11 and has short, red, spiky hair. His eyes are brown and his natural hair colour is black, he dies it a lot. He has facial hair but only on his chin, as he grows older he decides to grow out his full beard. Mike struggles to show how he is feeling, he usually bottles up his emotions and cries away from people. 

Zane:

Zane was a shy but great guy. He was a huge daredevil and would compete in dangerous activities. He was 21 and ha blonde hair with a full beard. His blue eyes are piercing and he is known for being really attractive. In the story, you don't know this but he has a crush on Ruby.  Zane is popular and has been for most of his life, most likely cause of his looks. He does have a mean side but rarely shows this around his friends, only when someone annoys him or is being rude to friends. Zane is protective of his friends and family. 

Chester:

Chester is a chill and overall funny guy. He is 27. But, behind his happy and energetic self, is a dark and depressed being. He is open about his depression and his friends all support him. His escape is music. Chester has blonde spiky hair and brown eyes. He is the same height as Ruby, 5"10 and is the smallest of the Linkin Park boys. His natural hair colour is brown and same as Mike, regularly dies it. Chester is a tattoo addict, always coming home with new and cool tattoos. But none are as good as his iconic blue and red flames going across his arms. He is protective of friends and mostly family. Even though he hates it, he has an addiction to drugs

Jess:

Jess is someone who gets introduced later on in the story. She is a bitch and hates most people, except Mike Shinoda. She is 24 and is a big fan of Mike and will do anything to get girls away from him. She went to school with him. If she finds out Mike is with a girl other than her, she will find out who that girl is and convince them she is his girlfriend. She has long brown-blonde ombre hair and is quite attractive. She is unique and has 2 different coloured eyes, one is blue and another is a mix of blue and brown. Jess could actually be a nice girl if she didn't have an attitude and huge crush on Mike, it reaches the level of stalker with her. She will try and seduce him whenever the time seems right

Tanisha:

Tanisha is one of Ruby's only female friends. She is 20 and is always there for her friends and family. Tanisha has black hair and brown eyes, she usually wears crazy things but they suit her very well. She is bisexual and has a crush on Ruby, she gets upset a lot over not being able to be with her but hanging around with Ruby makes he feel better. Tanisha is also 5"7. She has a huge addiction to weed and alcohol.

Landon:

He doesn't appear much after the 2nd chapter but is really nice to Ruby when he meets her. They both get on after liking Linkin Park. He has black hair and blue eyes and is a kind person to anyone he meets. We need more people irl like him. He is 32.
