Bora groaned as she woke up, forcing herself to get out of bed. She'd been feeling a little tired and moody these past few days, as she hasn't been sleeping well.
Walking into the bathroom, she took a quick shower to freshen up for work. After that, she rummaged through her closet to find a decent outfit to wear. She decided on a simple sweater with black jeans.
After putting on her shoes, Bora leaves her apartment and began walking to the main YG entertainment building. It was located in Hongdae, Mapo gu, and it wasn't a far distance for Bora, as she lived in Hongdae too.
Within 15 minutes, Bora reaches the building and goes up to the fifth level, where the company's daily meeting is held.
"Annyeong." Bora says as she pushed the door open, to see everyone busy reading their folders.
"Annyeong, Bora." Seo jin, her best friend and also fellow makeup artist greets her.
She takes a seat next to Seo jin. "Has the meeting started yet?"
"Nope. We're just waiting for Yang and the members. Hey, do you want to eat sushi for lunch?" Seo jin asked.
She rolled her eyes. "We've barely started work and you're thinking about lunch already?"
"A girls gotta eat! I'm starving."
"Arraseo, arraseo."
The makeup team personally catered to Bigbang consists of Bora and Seo jin, along with Soomin, Hanna and Rose. They were picked out specifically by CEO Yang to work with Bigbang.
Seo jin is the makeup artist for Youngbae, Soomin works with Seung Hyun, Hanna works with Seungri, Rose with Daesung and Bora works with Ji yong.
Although the current makeup team has worked with Bigbang for over a year now, Bora has only been working with Bigbang for the past month. She'd only joined YG a few months back, hence she was only given small roles until a month ago.
This was Bora's first biggest role in YG, working as G dragon's makeup artist. She was beyond thrilled to work with the G dragon, that was of course, until she actually met him.
Ji yong hasn't been the most open and friendliest to Bora, unlike the rest of the makeup team. Because of this, Bora was in a dilemma over the past month. She gets it though, he probably just hasn't warmed up to her yet.
She just wishes Ji yong would be a little nicer to her. Even she was close with Young bae and Seung Hyun.
The doors opened and Bora watched Yang and the members of Bigbang walk into the room. Ji yong walked into the room with his head down, but he lifted his head up abruptly and his eyes met Bora's.
Bora quickly looked away. Young bae walked past Bora and he raised his arm for her to high five it. This was the usual greeting for them.
"So, I'll keep this meeting short for today. For Bigbang's MADE concert, I'm looking for the bad boy look. Something that would accentuate their music." Yang said.
"Of course, we'll get started right away." Soomin answered.
Bora spaced out for the rest of the meeting as Yang started nagging again. She fiddled with her hair and made sure to nod her head every once in awhile, so he wouldn't notice that she wasn't paying attention.
"Alright, that's all. Discuss among yourselves for the makeup concepts." Yang said as he left the room.
Seo jin instantly jumped out of her seat and stretched her arms. "Alrighty! Let's go and eat some sushi!"
