Actually I made the sketch on a paper before scanning it by app Ibis Paint. This is definitely usefull and time saving. Then I put on some simple lines to refine the characters ( Revital and Sieg) and value as well.
Then, I made a cleaner lineart and put on color for the picture.

I didn't use many types of effects because i am not very competent at applying them. Besides my phone doesn't have a sorfware which is strong enough for more than 20 layers.

I love the process of using a multiply layer to emphasize Revital's crown. It is made of blue pearl, symbolising his family as well as his power.

And... finish ^^ Do you like it? I feel relatively satisfied although the value of clothes is not very readable and Revital's coat looks not very realistic. Maybe I colored it in a wrong way, but in general I con still ignore it:((
