"Ight im coming" I said grabbing my stuff

"Nun. What's going on with Jacob Hill" I asked

"Tendonitis, he gonna be benched for a week and do therapy for a while" she said

"Yea" she said. We met up with Rory and Lia.

"Drop me at Melo's house. Please" I said as we got in the car

"Ight, bet" Lia said, since she was driving.

We pulled up in his driveway. I hoped out the car saying bye to everyone. I walked in seeing Gelo and Tina on the couch

"Hey guys" I said giving Tina a hug and dapping up Gelo

"Wassup Tori" Gelo said

"Boi, why would Tori come over here by herself" I asked confused

"Oh, idk. I just thought you was Tori" he said, I shook my head laughing

"Melo in his room" I asked

"Yea" Gelo said as I walked up the stores. I opened Melo's door seeing him playing fortnite

"Bro, you're TRASH" he said as I walked in. I chuckled a little. He turned to me and smiled

"Ight, I'm finna dip" he said as he turned his game off

"Hey shawty" He said, walking up to me and pecking my lips

"Damn I aint seen you in a day and all I get is a peck" I said, acting hurt. He chuckled before kissing me correctly. I walked into his closet, putting on sweats and a sweatshirt before getting into bed and pulling the covers over me

"Tf is you doing" he asked looking at me like I was crazy

"Im taking a nap" I said

"No, you gonna spend time with me" he said grabbing me

"Bby I'm tired" I said, he sucked his teeth

"Can we please go get food" he whined. I sighed a little before walking towards the door, he just looked at me confused

"Tf is you starring at. C'mon lets go" I said, he popped up smiling before wrapping his arms around me. We walked to his car and I got in the passenger seat. I took a nap as we drove

"C'mon shawty, we're here" I heard someone say. I opened my eyes seeing we were in front of a Chick-Fil-a. I got out the car and intertwined my hands with Melo

"lemme get 2 chicken sandwiches with a lemonade and a 8 piece meal with a sprite" he said to the cashier. She was basically eye raping him, god damn I don't have time for this shit.

"Is this your sister" she asked. Bitch do I look like his sister? Do you hold hands with your brother? These hoes be doing so fucking much

"Nah, this my girl" he said rolling his eyes

"You could do better" she said

"You could shut the fuck up and give us our damn food" I said, Melo's phone dinged and he took it out looking down at the screen. I looked at it seeing a candud picture of us together on his lock screen

"Aww, when did you take that picture" I asked

"Idk, I think your sister took it" he said, handing me his phone

"There's another picture of you on my home screen" he said. I unlocked my phone with his finger print. As I opened it I saw an ugly ass picture of me sleeping. As I was about to say something the cashier called Melo's name. He went and got the food and we went to find a table

"LaMelo, why you got this ugly as picture of me sleeping" I asked as I laughed

"It's cute, look at yo little drool pool" he said

"You nasty nigga" I said laughing harder, he laughed with me and then we began eating.

After we finished eating we walked back to the car. Melo just sat there for a while

"Ay, you finna turn on the car orrrrr" I said. He looked at me before pulling me in his lap and kissing me

"I love you" he said. I was shocked, I just sat there for a while processing what he had just said

"Maribel Anne" he said looking at me

"I love you too" I said before kissing him again. I pulled away and got off his lap

"Why you moving away from me shawty" he whined

"We're in a Chick-Fil-a parking lot bby" I said, he chuckled a little before turning the car and speeding home

"Why are you speeding like that boi" I asked

"Cuz I'm tryna get home" he said

"You gonna end up getting us killed" I said

"No I'm not lil girl. Watch" he said as he speed up even more

"LaMelo " I said as he kept speeding, he laughed a little

"LAMELO LAFRANCE STAWP" I screamed, he slowed down but was still speeding

"LaMelo slow the fuck down" I said, he went extra slow

"LaMelo drive the fucking speed limit" I said, he looked over at me and grabbed my thigh. I pushed his hand off and went to go on my phone when I realized I left it at home so I just went on his phone. His Instagram feed was boring as hell so I went on his TikTok

"So you not gonna let me touch you but you can go on my phone" Melo asked, I didn't respond. Melo took his phone out my hands so I just laid my head on the window and took a nap. I was woken up by Melo shaking me

"C'mon shawty" he said, I got out the car and went straight to his room and lied down in the bed. He followed behind me and got into bed getting on his game. I honestly don't know why I was so mad, I think it was just more that I was scared and that translated to anger, idk. I drifted off to sleep

"LETS GO" I heard as I was woken up to Melo screaming into his mic set

"Bby pls stop" I said, nudging him a little

"Oh, sorry baby. You still mad at me" he asked. I sat up and crawled over to the edge of the bed where he was sitting. I crawled into his lap and kissed his lips before laying my head o his shoulder. He kissed my forehead and continued playing his game. I drifted back to sleep
