After meeting with my dad I rushed home to get changed me and Hudson were going together to see my dad I know deep down he has nothing to worry about all my dad wants is for me to be happy and Hudson is the best thing that ever happened to me

I could see in the car that he was feeling anxious "Hudson he's not going to hurt you he may question you but that's about it I know that you love me and that's all that matters "

"I know that too R but he is an original vampire and I'm scared " he said to me

I started to laugh at him "you're scared to meet an original vampire but you were fine meeting two angels and the devil"

He looked at me "okay when you put it like that I sound pathetic thank you for that "he said as we pulled up at the restaurant

I looked around and saw my father sitting on the table "dad I would like you to meet Hudson my boyfriend "

Hudson looked at my dad before shaking his hand "it's a pleasure to meet you Mr mikaelson"

My dad luck to him " yes it's a pleasure to meet the boy that makes my daughter very happy "

I smiled at both of them as we sat down I was waiting for my father just asking questions

My dad looked at Hudson "so you attend the school with my daughter "

Hudson nodded his head "Yeah I'm a Hybrid and I've had some problems with my anger over the years and the school was the best place for me and that's where I met Ruby the girl who changed my life"

"What about your parents are they okay with you being at the school "

Hudson lockdown " my mother abandoned me when I was a baby she left me with my grandfather he was incredible he raised me to be a strong confident caring man but when my supernatural ability started to show he decided that the Salvatore school would be the best place for me sadly he died last year "

"I'm so sorry nobody deserves to go through that kind of loss but I can see from the man that sat in front of me he did a very good job at raising you I am sure you made him very proud and I know that you're concerned about my opinion on you so I'll give it to you now from the way you look at my daughter and from the simple questions I just asked you I can tell you are a good person you've had some problems but who hasn't and you've been there for my daughter when I haven't and that makes me very happy so thank you "

I'm so happy this has been one of the greatest days of my life "well now that this seems to be going well how about some food I'm hungry "

My father started to laugh "you are definitely your mother's daughter "

Hudson smiled at my father "that's one thing you learn about her very quickly you get in the way of her and her food and she will kill you "

I looked at both of them "you are both incredibly rude " I said smile

After an amazing dinner I decided that I wanted to meet my father's family I know I had some doubts at first but I thought it would be a great idea so Hudson decided to go back to the school and I was walking into the house my father lives with his family as we made our way in we had a conversation upstairs I didn't even know he was talking but my father stopped us both in the hallway I guess he wanted to listen to what was going on

"Klaus if anybody finds out about this if Elijah finds out about this it will ruin us both "

"Hayley do you not think I know that he is my brother I love him more than you could ever know and if he found out we slept together it would be the end of not just a relationship but my family"

I couldn't believe what I'd heard I looked at my father and he walked straight into the room
