Ginny Weasley- Heather

"No thanks, fellas...I'm good maybe another time,"  I said not really in the mood.

A few months later

Watch as she stands with her holding your hand

Hogsmead is this weekend I couldn't wait.  "Hey, Ginny!! Wanna go to Hogsmead this weekend with me?  We can go grab a Butterbeer and stop in at Honeydukes.  How's that sound?"  Ginny looked at me unsteady.

"I'm sorry Y/N I can't this time...I have a date with Harry!!!"  She said the last part really excitedly.  My smile faultered and I tried to recompose myself.  "Oh...that's okay.  I'll just go with someone else I guess."  I turned around and then walked away.

Put your arm 'round her shoulder now I'm getting colder

I ended up just going to Hogsmead with Fred and George.  They saw how upset I was by getting rejected by my best friend and crush for a date but they didn't know that.  "Come on Y/N cheer up a little...say lets go grab some Butterbeer and then go play some pranks," George said as we entered the little town filled with students.  

I nodded as I looked ahead and I saw Harry and Ginny.  Harry had just put his arm around her and pulled her closer.  Fred had leaned down next to me.  "Ooohhhh I see whats going on here.  You fancy Ginny don't you?"

But how could I hate her? She's such an angel!...But then again kinda wish she were dead

I nodded not even bothering trying to hide it anymore.  "Yeah I do...I have for a while actually...."  Fred and George put their arms around me walking me through Hogsmead and into The Three Broomsticks.

"Well then to help you get over this jealousy...George do you know what I'm thinking?"  "I'm thinking exactly what you're thinking Fred."  They rest of the day was filled with laughter and I forgot all about Harry and Ginny.

As she walks by...What a sight for sore eyes...Brighter than the blue sky

I was heading towards the library when I saw Harry talking with Ginny.  Ginny has basically stopped speaking to me and has been spending all her time with Harry, Ron, and Hermione.  I was walking past the two and looked up at Ginny who locked eyes with me.  I then kept walking.

Before entering the library I felt a hand on my shoulder.  "Hey Y/N?"  "Oh, hey Harry whats up?"  He pushed me back up against the door.  "Stay away from Ginny and me alright?  She wants nothing to do with you and I know you fancy her.  So back off and never speak to her again."  He then pushed away from me and walked back over to Ginny.  That was the last time I spoke to either of them.

Shes got you mesmerized (while I die).

Present Day (End of Flashback)

Why would you ever kiss me...I'm not even half as pretty...You gave her your sweater...It's just polyester but you like her better....I WISH I WERE HEATHER

I now sat at the afterparty of Harry and Ginnys wedding.  After that day of Harry telling me to stop talking to Ginny I wasn't expecting to be invited.  I stayed close with Fred and George but after Freds death George and I were all we had.  I ended up being his plus one to the wedding.  

I heard hands slam on the table.  "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?  I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM ME A GINNY!!"  It was Harry.  "Look I'm sorry I'm here I got to be a plus on-"  "I DON'T CARE WHY YOU'RE HERE I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM US! I TOLD YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM GINNY CAUSE I KNEW YOU FANCIED HER AND SHE NEVER LOVED YOU BACK!!"

I went silent and looked down.  The whole room was silent.  George came over and took Harrys shoulder.  "Dude listen I invited them their my guest.  You didn't have to go that far."  But it was too late I was already gone.

Why would you ever...kiss me...I'm not even half as pretty...you gave her your sweater...it's just polyester...but you like her better...

I sat at the entrance of the Burrow starring at the sky in front of me.  "Wish I were..."

Aaaaaaaaand that's the end of this one.  It's a sad ending I know but I still found it good.
