i asked slightly worried
elisabeth:she hasn't come out of her room in a week. at first i thought it was something like you guys broke up but since your that isn't true. do you know something?
she asked me sadly and curiously hoping her daughter was fine. when the words came out of her mouth i knew something was wrong but i also knew that if we broke up. my world would be ripped apart.
i shook my head and sighed. she sighed sadly too.
jaden:she hasn't replied to me in a week so i came to see if she was okay
she nodded and pointed upstairs indicating for me to go to her room. i hugged her. she was like my second mom. since my mom was i tennessee she was was always there for me. i pulled away and smiled at her sadly before jogging up the stairs to lana's room.
THIRD PERSON
lana was doing what she had been for the past week. lying in bad while listening to sad music. she hadn't noticed that jaden had come inside. when he saw her his heart broke. she looked awful. she looked pale,tired and like someone was draining the life out of her slowly. which she hadn't have a problem with but jaden sure did. he stood at the leaning against it before speaking up.
jaden:hey
he said loud enough for her to hear. not expecting the sudden sound she jumped and looked towards the door with her hand on my chest. when she saw jaden she was shocked. she didn't expect him to come.
lana:why are you here?
her voice tired and raspy from all the crying
jaden: i wanted to know if your okay
he said softly walking towrds her and sitting on the edge of the bed
lana:well i- i'm okay you can le-leave
her voice cracking. all she wanted to do was cry in his arms but she didn't want him to her like this. vulnerable. when jaden heard that he knew she was lying. he shook his head
jaden:why are avoiding me? why are you lying to me baby?
his voice was filled with worry, curiousity and hurt.
lana:jaden i'm fine please leave
she never called him jaden. it was always a nickname that's what made him feel special. when she said his name that's what confirmed it. confirmed that something was wrong.
jaden:stop pushing me away lana
his voice raising a little
lana:i'm not. i'm fine. i'm perfect. you can leave
tears forming in her eyes
jaden:stop stop
a tear dropped from her eye. that's all it took for jaden to wrap his arms around her. she sobbed in his arms while he whispered sweet things in her ears and rubbed her back. now they were leaned against the headboard. jaden back leaned against the bed's headboard and her head on his lap as he played with her hair in an attempt to calm her down. jaden still had no knowledge of what happened to her and that she had started cutting again.
SKIP 2 HOURS
in these two hours lana had fallen asleep and so had jaden. she hadn't been able to sleep this whole time. elisabeth had come to check on the two and when she saw the 2 sleeping she smiled and left her daughter's room.
jaden had just woken up with lana still in his arms. he smiled slightly and kissed her forhead multiple times which caused her to wake up. she sat up and rubbed her eyes.
jaden:now you gonna tell me what's wrong and why you were avoiding me?
she sighed knowing he wasn't going to let it go. but she couldn't form the words so she grabbed her phone and gave it to jaden. he looked at her confused
lana: twitter and instagram
still confused he opened twitter. his eyes seeing only hate towards his girlfriend from his fanpages and from his ex girlfriend. he had no idea this was happening. he knew there would be hate towards the relationship but he hadn't ever imagined all the words they were calling her and telling her to do. he exited the apps and opened instagram. he looked through comments. only hate. no good comments except for the he used to leave. when he checked her dms he saw people giving her list of ways to kill herself. he had tears in his eyes. There were messaged from he thought were his buddies like cooper, nick, and many more. he couldn't read more. he shut the phone and looked at his girlfriend who was playing with her hoodie strings. he lifted her by her thighs to which she flinched because of the cuts. jaden noticed that.
jaden:i'm sorry
jaden:i'm sorry they are saying those things about you. you're beautiful and i love you. i'm never going to care about your body weight beacuse your perfect the way you are. i love everyhting about you okay? and if anything happens you need to tell me
she sighed
lana:i it's too much jae. i haven't done anything. why are they so mean?
her voice filled with hurt
jaden:you haven't done anything okay? fuck those haters. they don't know you. they hate on the internet not knowing people personally. but i do. the girls. the boys do. they all love you
she nodded
lana:i love you babe
he smiled at her. finally hearing proper words
she kissed him and he smiled into the kiss. but pulled away looking into her eyes and his smiling dropping
jaden:can i see your wrists?
her face went pale and she shook her head.
jaden: let me wrists your lana
lana:no no
she said while putting her hands behind her back
jaden took her hands in his hands and reluctantly lifted her hoodie sleeves. the cuts. the scars from her past.
he looked at her with tears
jaden:yo-you said you woul-would stop?
his voice cracking
she looked down ashamed
lana:i had to. i'm sorry
jaden took her hands and kissed all over the scars hoping to ease some pain. seeing her like this hurt more than anyone would ever know.
after that jaden had taken her to the bathroom and cleaned the cuts while sheding tears. jaden had messaged bryce and josh and told them about the situation when lana was sleeping on top of him cuddled into his chest with his around her waist after a having a bath for an hour with jaden. he had filled the bath tub and wasn't originally just going to help her to the tub but lana didn't let him go so he got in with her. his against the tub and her back leaning on his bare chest. they shared kisses and sweet things. jaden stayed over that night and had forced lana to eat dinner.
