P R E S E N T D A Y
Note: this is le short chapter
Ink was walking through a hallway.
This was it, this was his chance.
He could change everything.
But he didn't really want to, all he wanted to do...
Was make it worse.
"Oh hey Ink, why are you just standing there?" Dream asked.
"Oh, no reason." He replied.
"Wait i sense something..."
"What?" Ink questioned.
"My brother, I think he's...uh... killing people again..."
The two got Blue, and they hopped through a portal to an original copy.
"Well, I guess it was just a false alarm." Dream said.
"I have an idea!" Blue spoke up.
"What is it Blue?" Ink wondered.
"WE SHOULD GET NICECREAM!!!"
"That sounds pretty good right about now." Dream was in agreement.
Turns out Dream was right, and they were confronted on the way there.
"Where are YOU goin', Dreamy?" Nightmare said aloud.
"We were going to get nicecream." Dream replied.
"I didn't mean... oh whatever."
And then the battle started, but it didn't last even three minutes before something happened that would change everything.
"Agh....N-Nightmare...?" Dream could barely talk.
"Dream?"
Crack.
Ink had stabbed Dream through the soul with a bone.
Where Dream was standing, there was now a pile of dust.
And then Error came through a portal
"Wait, who died? I felt something change." The glitchy skeleton asked.
"D-Dream..." Nightmare was deeply saddened, even if he wanted to kill his brother before.
"Well, thats that." Ink seemed happy.
"You. Stupid. Squid. I'm. Going. To. Kill. You." Error actually wanted to kill him.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Ink simply smiled.
Horror ran at him, ready to swing his axe, before he was slammed into a wall with a single strike of a paintbrush.
"Error, go, we'll hold him off as, long as we can, but you're probably the strongest of us, we cant afford you dying."
Nightmare was willing to sacrifice himself and his gang just so Error could escape.
"But-" Error was interrupted.
"JUST GO!"
"Fine."
Error accidentally made a portal, but he didn't know where it went.
He hopped through.
