Waiting rooms are where you can chill when you don't wanna be in your CR and DR you can script how you want it to look like! You can do whatever you want with it. It's not necessary though but definitely fun.
Safe words are the words you'll say when you wanna go back to your CR. When you forget your Safe word do not worry dude, just set the intention that you wanna go back to your absolutely amazing and beautiful CR and then you should go back. Make your Safe word something unique do you don't accidentally say it and shift back.
Safe action also exists it's like Safe word but it's an action. I suggest the renegade dance for the safe action😌 just kidding but you can totally do that but I suggest doing short actions
