Lol sorry for disappearing. My CR has been crazy asf. So today we're gonna be talking about the piano method!
You can try this method even if you don't know how to play pianos btw.
So first step, visualize.
Visualize yourself in a big room/castle/hall with a grand piano in the middle of it and the room is full of people.
Imagine yourself wearing fancy clothes then start walking towards the piano and play it. Take your time.
Once you're done, imagine yourself walking into a hallway with a door at the end of it and imagine someone from your DR waiting for you and saying "it's time to come home" let them open the door and it should be white and bright. Some people say when they walk inside the room, they feel as if they're falling but, it's completely fine if you don't!
