*YOU SHOULD BE DECENTLY TIRED FOR THIS METHOD!!!*

-Lie down in a comfortable position.

-Visualize that you are watching yourself from above lying down in your DR bed. If you try to visualize everything that will help a lot.

-Count to 150 in your head slowly, controlling your breathing.

-After sometime, you should feel tingly and warm. This is apart of the process! Don't open your eyes and stay still.

-You should start to feel your body get heavy as you drift to sleep.

-When you wake up, you should be in your DR or your WR!
