My name is Aisaki Tanakawa, A high school student
Im 15 years old, i live alone though i have no problems with my parents i decided to live independently. I go to Shinjuku high in Tokyo, Japan. I work a part time job in a convenience store to pay my monthly rent. My neighbor is my childhood friend, Kiraikisu Kamiya, He said to my parents that he'll come along to ensure my safety and my parents agreed because they knew him since he was a child. I think he's name is pretty weird but then again i don't talk about it to not remind him about his parents leaving him.
"I had a dream about them again". I vaguely remembered the words they said before they left. It was then i began to slowly fall into a bottomless pit of darkness with no way of returning to the surface, But, Then she came a certain girl that pulled me out of the darkness she gave me wings and then from the bottomless pit i arose to the surface with wings given by her. The now greyscale world was filled with such bright colors whenever she is near.
Their highschool life was going well. But one day a transferee came to the school and changed everything. A whole new revelation came to their lives.
"I feel like today is gonna be a good day." Aisaki said.
"Everyday's a good day for you". Kamiya said with coldness.
"Oh come on you have to enjoy life once in a while." Aisaki added.
"Life is full of pain and suffering what's there to enjoy?" Kamiya said with a dying tone.
"Hmph, Don't be so dead about it Kamiya come on i'll enjoy life with you". Aisaki said with an irritated voice.
They now reached the school. It was their first day, So they headed straight for the gym in which the assembly is held. Halfway through the assembly. It was cut off by an unfamiliar face it was a woman in a white robe like dress. And then she announced something that shocked the students.
"It might be the time for you students to know this, You students are special and by special i mean you have powers".
The students were shocked and there was a moment of silence. After a while you can hear them saying
"Powers?". "No way". "Is this a prank?!".
But then all their thoughts was cut off when the woman in the white robe demonstrated a flame magic.
She said in a calming voice "As you can see this flame is created by my very hands. You too can make this once we look up what magic you will have". Those words lightened the eyes of the students the once imagination is now a reality.
"So far we've only known 15 types of elemental magic in which the most common is arcane, flame, water, rock, ice and wind". The woman said. "And so please proceed with the personnel assigned to your classroom to know your elements". She added.
Thus all the students followed the personnel to their assigned rooms to know their magic.
Aisaki who is beside Kamiya said. "I wonder what magic we'll get Kamiya."
"Probably one of the common ones since were not prodigies." Kamiya said with sigh.
"Atleast we'll have magic...isn't that nice?" Aisaki said.
"Maybe..." Kamiya said as he proceeded with to leave Aisaki.
When they entered the room they saw some of their classmates testing their magic u could see so many magic users. Flame, arcane, wind, and water were the ones you'd see often only few had a lightning, vines, rock and ice magic.
They were distributed to the lines according to gender. Since both Aisaki and Kamiya were late they proceeded at the very back there were over 50 in their class a lot of time was consumed in waiting for their turn. At last, It was their turn. "Can't wait to know my magic Kamiya". Aisaki said with excitement.
"Wish i could've all that excitement". Kamiya said with sarcasm. They were shushed by the personnel in charge as they were trying to know their magic.
Ding! The sound that played whenever the magic was discovered. The personnel said to Aisaki "Your magic is Telekenis". "Woah i can move things from afar". Aisaki said.
The personnel taking Kamiya's magic could not believe himself as to what he was seeing. "Y-your m-magic is s-shadow and i-ice". The personnel said.
The woman in the white robe like dress suddenly came into the room and said "This is amazing, It's the first time we've seen a person with two magic elements... U seem to be an amazing student i look forward to nurturing you". She said with amazement.
