One winter night when Clarel's dad Mr. Gardner came from work she told her daughter she was going to stay with her aunt because he had been tranfered to another place. Clarel just didnt say a word but went into her room.
Clarel
"I just dont get Dad why cant he take me along or is he going to marry another one.....no I dont think so"
Mr Gardener stood at the door watching his 18year old daughter talking to herself.
I didnt know dad was looking at me till I wanted to visit the bathroom
"Dad why are you invading my privacy"
He said "sorry my angel, its not what you think I just came to see why you left without saying a word"
"Its nothing I just dont get why I need to stay with Aunt Grace" I said
"You should understand me am traveling outside the country so please understand"
"Okay if you say so daddy" I told him
So he can leave me to think of what I can do next.
" That's my girl I love you so much my angel...good night"
"Goodnight dad bye"
He switched of the light and left
I called my best friend Barbie to tell her but she wasnt able to answer my call so I stopped.
I took my bath and read my story book I borrowed from the librarian down Hills Streetfor about an hour and then slept off.
