I almost fell from my bed when i heard my mom shouting outside my room. She even knocked loudly.
Geez! It's just 5 am! But wait..Did she just mentioned september 13? I quickly rushed to the bathroom to do my morning rituals.
I stepped closer to the sink after applying some moisturizer then i washed my face. After that, I stared at my face on the mirror- just above the sink. It's another day to survive.. another day to pretend.
I came across the fresh flowers placed beside my full length mirror. I thought of someone who's very fond of that type of flower and I can't help but to giggle whenever i remember that certain memory from the past...
Today is February 14, 2016. It's valentine's day and we're all gathered here in our auditorium to participate on our yearly Valentine's day program.
I was fiddling with my phone since the school's officers were taking up too much time on assembling the things that they will need for this "boring" program.
Why am i even here? I would love to read a good book in my room's balcony rather than sitting here with my not so lovely friends; selena and luna. I guess Selena was doing her perfectly winged eyeliner while luna's too preoccupied with her phone. Well, I saw them on my peripheral vision.
I opened my instagram and scrolled up a bit to see if henry cavill posted an update of his daily routines. I'm a solid fan girl of him. Whenever i read a book, i always imagine him as the leading man while i was the leading lady. I know i sound so hopeless and that's actually a fact about me.
As soon as i turn off my phone, the master of ceremony started the program. I just stared in front- disregarding the boisterous noise coming from the loud speakers and microphone. I was just stiffed on my chair then the next thing i know, the students flocked infront together with a partner and then they started dancing.
I was a bit shocked. Am i too preoccupied that i didn't notice the changes on my surroundings? I shaked my head with disappointment and lean on my side, only to see that selena and luna were no longer with me. Their seats were gone!! Then i noticed that i was in the middle of the auditorium, all of the chairs were set aside and a lot of students were already dancing while my seat was the only thing left here in the crowd! I stood up and was about to pull my chair with me when a pair of hand held it.
I stared at the man in front of me. He was dashing, his features were like that of the leading men in books. I was staring at him for too long that he snapped his fingers infront of my eyes.
" Hey, are you okay? Can you hold this for me? So that i could properly drag your chair on the side." The nameless boy uttered.
I gained back my normal self and i tried to process what he said. I noticed that his right hand was holding a bouquet of tulips while his left hand was holding my chair.
