What if all of this is just temporary?

What if, you'll never knew that you're being used?

In this world, you'll can't know who's the real and plastic one.

I'm Caia Elizabeth Sanford. A simple high school student.

And this hurtful experience happened last summer vacation..

-

"Caia, wake up honey." I groaned as I heard mom's voice around my room, ugh it's too early! And her voice is annoying.

This is the first day of summer vacation, kaya sinusulit ko na ang matulog ng mahabang oras. 'Cause why not? Vacation naman na. And, bumabawi lang. Pressured kaya ako sa nagdaang ilang buwan ng pagbabalik ng pag-aaral.

This vacation will end like it was just only a day, gano'n naman e. Gaya noong last year, ambilis ng panahon kaya vacation kaagad pero balik-aral ulit pagkatapos ng dalawang buwan at isang linggong bakasyon.

It's really annoying, imagine nine to ten months kang stressed sa school then two months lang ang vacation? Is that even possible?! Oh, yeah. That's possible, Caia. Psh, it makes me ruin my head.

Bumangon na ako mula sa pagkakahiga at nag-inat in at muna ng mga kamay ko at binti. Lumingon ako sa alarm clock na nasa lapag lamang ng lamesa na katabi ng bed ko. It's just 7:27 mom. I almost shout because of dissapointment, hindi dahil umaga na kundi dahil maaga pa!

Anong oras pa lamang at ginising na ako ni mommy, the heck. I'm enjoying my sleep here for Pete's sake, I'm too much pressured and stressed.

"Caia." I heard mom's voice calling my name out again, what does she want? Fuckin' annoying. "Caia? Can you open the door?" Mom knocked.

It took me few minutes before I decided to open that freaking door.

"Come in mom," I said in a low voice, I don't want her to hear me curse.

"Caia, honey. You're grandma is here." She said. I almost drop my eyeballs then a big wide smile plastered on my face! Grandma is here, oh how I missed her!

Grandma is one of my closest relative, my mom, dad, and even my cousins? No, I'm not close to them. Only my grandma can talk to me, I don't know why but I became close to her when I was just seven. Yeah, just seven.

My grandpa? Well, I'm close to him too. But, he's already resting above where we can't see him, he's in a beautiful paradise like what my grandma told me.

I looked at my mom who's busy looking at my room, like she's inspecting it.

"Mom?" I called her, in just one call she looked at me. "Is grandma came her t-to--"

"Yes, honey. You'll have your vacation again there," my mom cut me off. I almost jump in excitement and joy. I really miss my grandma's place! Oh yeah, I'm going there again!

"Pack your things you want to take there, I'll just prepaer the dining area because few minutes from now, we'll eat our breakfast." She walked about after saying those, she went out of my room.

I jumped on my bed and rolled and rolled on it. Too excited, Caia. What can I do? I missed her and the place. I missed her cookies.

-

"What time ang alis mom?" tanong ko kaagad kay mommy pagkarating ko sa kusina, she's currently fixing the table so I helped her na.

"I don't know honey, ask your grandma." sagot niya. Lumapit naman ako kay grandma at nagmano muna bago umupo sa tabi niya. Walang pinagbago, makinis at makintab parin ang skin at buhok. She's a goddess.
