Even though you are not mine and I not yours.
I do not know why I still love you so much.
I keep telling myself you are happy with her.
But why am I not happy?
Is it because I still want you to be mine?
I feel like I have lost you for good now.
I want you to come back to me and I'll give my everything.
Still you have not looked back, not an ounce regret of leaving me for another.
Am I toy you just wanted to play with? Do my feelings not matter to you?
Look at me now, I blame you for what she has done.
Forgive me it's my mistake, for I thought you would love someone like me.
I believe that if you cannot love me, then no one can.
What is it that I do not have? That made you choose her over me.
I hate how much I love you, come back I want to say.
But I feel as though someone is holding me back from calling you.
I look back to see, I see it's my heart that's holding me back.
