Chapter Twenty

"I'll fucking kill you, bastards!" I shout angrily at Noya's parents as Asahi, Daichi and Tsukishima hold me back. "Kanitaki calm down! I understand you're pissed but this won't solve anything!" Daichi yells over my grunting and struggles. "They don't fucking deserve to be parents! Much less be alive!" I shout, trying to break the hold on me. "Kani calm down!" Asahi says and tightens the hold he has on my waist. "No! You saw the bruises and lashes on him!" I growl and finally get Daichi off my arm, but Suga steps in front of me. "Kanitaki, look at me." He says and I look down at the guy I viewed as I motherly figure. "Take deep breathes and calm down sweetheart." He says and reaches up, holding my face. I was still livid but I did as I was told, taking a few deep breaths and stopped struggling. "I know you're upset, but we will get a court case opened about it. Let's all just go and calm down." He says and Asahi keeps himself against me, swaying us back and forth. "Where's Noya?" Daichi asks and I glare at Noya's terrified parents. "He's at my house sleeping, he's in a lot of pain." I say and roll my shoulders. "Then he's safe. Let's all just go back to your place okay? I'll call the rest of the team and we can just have a small get-together." Suga says and I feel Asahi kiss the back of my neck once and I sigh a little. "Fine." I say and relax my body a bit as we walk away. "Remind me to NEVER piss you off." Tsukishima says and I cut eyes at him. "Tsuki not now." Suga says and I feel Asahi lace his fingers with mine, rubbing my arm with his free hand. "I'm alright Love." I say and he raises his brows. "Fine, I'm not alright. You saw what they did and not to mention that guy they made him be with. I find him, I'm beating the shit out of him." I growl out and he just lays his head on my shoulder a little, rubbing my arm still. "I understand, I'm pissed too but we have to solve this logically. We can't do anything rash or it won't help." He says and I sigh, laying my head on his, calming down. "You're right. Thank you everyone for keeping me from being stupid." I say to the group and I see smiles and hear chimes of your welcome. "Maybe tonight's a good night for that sleepover?" Suga offers and I smile at him. "That's a great idea Sugamama." I say and he makes a big-eyed face. "I love that you call me that. It makes me feel like I'm doing something right." He says and I see Tsuki roll his eyes. "Well you are basically our mom, you always keep us out of trouble." He says and I see Daichi giving a small smile. "And we can't forget Dadchi." I say and his eyes widen, startled. "Yep." Ashai chimes in and I look over at him. "Think we are gonna need more ingredients for the pot pie love." I say and he facepalms with A groan. "Darn it." He says and I kiss his forehead. "Oh, I'll help cook!" Suga says excitedly and Asahi smiles thankfully. "Thanks Sugamama." He says and I see Daichi pull out his phone. "I'll call everyone else." He says and walks up ahead, to call them. "Well, we should stop by the store." Asahi says and I feel a bit hungry. "I want pudding bread." I say with a sad face and he smiles up at me. "We can get some at the store. Daichi! Tell everyone to go to the market!" Asahi calls out to Daichi who gives a thumbs up. "I'm so glad you two finally got together, it was either Asahi and Kani or Kani and Hinata. I couldn't really figure it out, I liked both." Suga says and I raise my brows at him as we all turn down the street that leads to the market. "I never really saw myself with Hinata because of Kageyama, he seems so hellbent on keeping him to himself. Honestly, I thought Asahi liked Noya." I say gently and I see Asahi blush a little, making me curious. "I did but as you found out... His parents. So I just decided to let that go. Then you joined the team and we got close and I got feelings for you." He says laying his head on my shoulder, looking at the sky as we walked. "I didn't even realize I had feelings for you but then you put up with my bullshit and stuck around." I say gently and reach up, caressing his cheek before Daichi comes up. "Cute and they are gonna just come to your place in a couple of hours which gives us time to go pack, cook, and buy stuff plus get Noya settled more. Coach Ukai also called." He says and I sigh a little, realizing I had to call him. "I'll give him a call." I say softly and pull out my phone, letting go of Asahi and slowing down to where I was walking behind everyone. I take a deep breath then click his contact and hear it ring a few times before he picks up. "Hey, coach." I say gently and he sighs. "Hey babe where is my tie?" I hear in the background and the voice sounded familiar. "It's on the bed upstairs Luno." He responds and I stop in my tracks. "Lunotaki?" I ask and I hear coach shift the phone. "You know Luno?" He asks and I could hardly believe it. "I'm his younger brother."
