Ch.1

The morning rays of the sun flooded her entire body as she lay there lost in a her dreams with barely any blankets covering her.She moaned in her sleep and yawned before turning over and burying her head in the pillow next to her . Strange,this bed was awfully softer and more comfortable than the one at home . Hadley's eyes snapped open and she sat up in shock as she looked around the unfamiliar room with worry and rubbed her temples as her hezd pounded."Dammit..."she softly whispered then got up and threw on a blue button down blue shirt that had been lying on the floor near the bed along with her underwear . Hadley made her way to the bathroom, which was across the bedroom. She wiped off her smudged makeup from her face and ran her fingers through her hair enough times to get it from the mess it currently was in to flowing downwards into it's usual curl. A knock came to the door and she opened it to find the same man she'd spent her night with. His calm, tired blue eyes suddenly grew wide as he stood there in nothing but his boxers." You're still here?  I thought you left. We need to get you outta here." Hadley gave a confused look as he quickly dragged her back across the hall and smiled as sparks ran up her arms." But we're mates." Hadley mentioned as he sat her on the bed and handed her her bra,dress from last night,her heels,and her purse." I know but...I have a girlfriend. A fiance in fact...Please just go Hadley." Hadley felt her heart shatter at his words,her smile quickly fading into a tear filled frown." You had a fiance this whole time,yet you still took my innocence?"

" It's not even like that. I didn't know you were a virgin and I only did it was because of the mate bond . Look,I had a little too much to drink..." Hadley shook her head and slapped him hard enough for his head to turn left and turn red. "Why were you chosen as my mate? "

Suddenly,a gasp was heard that made both focus their attention to the opened doorway.There, stood a young woman of long blonde hair wearing a red strapless dress with a mid-length denim jacket over it.She also wore brown cowgirl boots and held a black suitcause in her hand." Sam,I-" The man Hadley slept with said before looking as the woman backed away." Xavier. ..who is she? "

"She's nobody.It was an accident. Ok?" Hadley stood and wiped her tears away."So taking my innocence was an accident? " The man,or Xavier, turned to face her and gave a sorry look. "I reject you Hadley. Please get out of my home." Hadley threw her fist at his cheek and threw on  a pair of his pants and his shoes before running out of the house down the street with quick haste. This can't be happening right now!

Without another word, Hadley made it to her apartment and unlocked the door and found her best friend laying on the couch with a heavy smell of alcohol."Taylor, wake up." Hadley watched as her best friend slowly opened her eyes and lept up at the sight of Hadley."I thought you were murdered!  Or kidnapped!  I tried calling you!"

"My phone died.And Im sorry for worrying you...I met my mate"

"Details bitch . Gimme," Hadley broke down crying again and recieved a shocked expression from her best friend." I'm sorry.I didn't mean it!"

"It's not you...he rejected me after taking my virginity...he has a fucking fiance, Taylor. " Taylor growled and ger eyes switched to black as she stood."I'm gonna cut his dick off! What kinda person does that? !"

"Taylor,calm down. ..looks like he didn't care about me anyways.So maybe this is a life lesson."
