Whoop de do, this is the part seven. I hope you are enjoying the story thus far, and if you had any questions, concerns, or ideas on how I can better my work, please comment. I am really looking for any feedback. (This would include grammatical errors, spelling, and general crappy writing.) Thanks!

Bruno-POV
"Skywalker..." I muttered.
"What?" Chris asked, looking over at me.
"Nothing." I answered.
"ANYWAY," Chris semi-yelled, "I think we need to unpack that. Care to explain?" He turned to the large bird at the center of the room.
"Well," it began, "you and I made a deal; you family's lives in exchange for your memory. Then, of course, the side effects of a demonic deal are loss if humanity, and by extent, sanity."
"A..." Chris said, looking at like he'd seen a ghost, "demonic deal? Sanity? Am I going to go crazy?"
"Of course not," I said, stepping forward and putting a hand on Chris's shoulder, "you'll be just fine." I wasn't sure though. I had met this boy yesterday, and he was already looking more like a monster than a human, but he was my responsibility now. I had to help him.
The demon huffed. "Either way," It said, "you're not going to be safe in the human realm."
"Um..." Chris muttered, "I don't even know you. Plus, you are a giant bird. None of this is normal, and the only person I know is this guy," He pointed to me, "name's Bruno, right?"
"Yeah. Thanks for remembering."
"Sure thing," he said, "anyway, I'm not going with you. You're a crazy little kiwi bird from New Jersey. And kiwi birds don't even live in Jersey." He leaned over to me and whispered, "Am I right about that?"
"Yeah, I think so."
"Cool. So," He continued, "I'm staying right here until life. Makes. Sense."
"If that is the case," the demon continued, "you'll never move from that spot."
*Look at you like in The Office*
"Because life will never make any sense."
"That's depressing," I mumbled.
"Yes." It said, "Yes it is. I will be back." The bird flew out the broken window, and into the dark night.
"Well that happened," I said, "we should sleep now, and head home tomorrow morning."
"Are we going to talk about what just happened?" Chris asked.
"Sleep now," I ordered, "talk later."
