(Among Us Fanfiction) Red X Black

A Normal Day

(Okay soo... if this story isn't the best sorry. I'm new to writing and sort of hoping to get better ;-; , enjoy)

It was a normal day on the ship , basic as usual. Do your tasks , have lunch , hangout then sleep. Boring right? Well , today we had a day off as for the only tasks left to do weren't as important so we can finish them tommorow. Leaving us with plenty of time to rest. Black was talking to his crewmates like always , being the happy , innocent guy he is cheering everyone up and motivating them. He's heard about someone who dosen't tend to socialize alot and was really curious as to who that person was. Not to mention , he's never seen him around before really , but he only seemed to know one thing from his crewmates that his suit was red. Not really anything else apart from "non-sociable , shy and edgy". It was getting late , at least close to the time you'd usually call night on earth and Black was skipping around , cleaning up some of the messes that were left from today. He walked into the cafeteria and saw a faint shadow of someone on the wall "Huh?" he turned to where the shadow was coming from , curious of who it was. To his surprise it was Red , sitting down by the window , stargazing. What was he doing up this "late" stargazing? Black walked over to him and tapped his shoulder "Hey?" he asked shyly , feeling the other flinching and turning around "sorry if I startled you" he apologized rubbing the back of his helmet awkwardly

Red's POV
I was sat by the window , looking out at the stars zoning out into my thoughts. It was pretty quiet and quite relaxing. I sighed , relaxed in the moment until I felt someone tap on my shoulder which made me jump and turn around. Oh it's just Black ,what the hell is doing here at this time? Black apologized for startling me. "Its fine" I blankly replied , he looked at me a bit confused "What are you doing up this late?.. everyone is heading to bed" he asked , judging by the way he acts and talks , he's probably the more curious type. "Nothing . Just stargazing , I should ask the same for you" He tapped his index fingers together "Well.. I was just cleaning the place after today and figured i'd have a little skip to refresh myself from the amount of tasks we've had lately , thats all"  , interesting. I looked back at the window at the stars again. I heard him sigh and mumble something , without facing him I asked plainly "What?"
"May I join you to stargaze for a while?" he spoke up. I pat he ground beside me , accepting his request. "Thanks" I heard him say with a shy tone in his voice. How come he's so happy and social around everyone else? Maybe because he heard rumours about me? Or is he just shy to people he isn't used to yet? I shrugged the thought off and noticed he had sit down beside me , I look over at him , seeing the stars from outside reflect off of his helmet glass , causing it to slightly sparkle. It almost looks cute I shake my head and turn back to the stars , feeling slight butterflies in my stomach. What the hell? I just met him stop being a creep! I snap back to reality when I hear his soft voice. "The stars sure are beautiful huh?" he leaned against me a bit , causing me to blush a bit. "O-Oh of course they are , yeah" I replied. Everyones asleep.. I could kill him and let them find the body in the morning and continue the murder with Blue.. but I.. don't want to hurt him , he seems so soft and innocent.. I doze off , my mind filling with questions and excuses. Enough to keep me so focused that I didn't realise him rest his head on my shoulder , trailing off to sleep. I decide to lean against the glass and set him on my lap so that he wouldn't become uncomfortable or wake up sore tommorow. I feel him grab the chest area of my suit and curl up a bit. I guess I don't want to wake him

Next Morning
Yellow's POV
I was heading to weapons , taking a shortcut through the cafeteria. I was an early riser , though not too much earlier than the others , only about an hour until everyone else starts waking up. I heard a slight shuffle sound from beside me and jumped a bit , could it be an impostor?! Crap , crap i'm gonna die! I quickly turn , and get ready to run , only to see two crewmates sleeping against the glass. I put my finger near where my chin would be , confused. "Why are they sleeping here?" I mumbled and walked over to them , poking the Red's shoulder , seeing him wake up slowly. "Hey , heyy" I spoke in a tone to wake him up properly before asking questions. He looked up at me and I tilted my head confused. "Why are you two sleeping over here?" I asked. Red stared at me blankly for a moment then shook his head , remembering what happened " We were stargazing and I guess we fell asleep" He spoke with a sinister tone , it kinda scared me. "If you say so.." I spoke and walked away , waving then heading to weapons as I was doing so earlier , bumping into Cyan. "Huh?" He turned and saw me "Oh hey Yellow" he pat my head. "You woke up early for once" I giggled and started shooting the asteroids as he downloaded data onto his tablet. "I guess so , still don't know how you do it all the time " , I rolled my eyes at his words. "I'm used to it"

Red's POV
I shake Black gently "Black , wake up" I speak in a soft tone. I hear him groan and stretch a bit , "Whaaat?" he asked tiredly and looked up at me , flinching and falling backwards , landing on his back on the floor "Ow! H-Heh , sorry for f-falling asleep on you!" he covered his helmet , most likely blushing beneath it.
"Its all good" I stood up and held out my hand , offering to help him up , he took a moment then grabbed it , letting me pull him up. I pat his head and wave starting to walk off.
"W-Wait!" He  ran after me and grabbed my arm , hugging me from behind after. I paused , struggling to find something to say. "Thanks for letting me stay with you yesterday Red" I nodded and finally answered back "Its , no problem" I chuckle a bit. He let go of me and waved then walked off to Storage , probably going to fix wires or get rid of the trash.
