Alexandra knew from the moment she heard the name, Winchester, she was in for a wild ride. That name held weight in their community, a name that was often whispered with a bitter taste upon their lips. She knew of what was to come...

The weather was decent, not too cold, not too warm. In fact, it was the perfect weather for camping but trust me you wouldn't want to be camping in these woods. Alexandra was sitting in the kitchen beside Ben who was busily typing away on his laptop. Her dark hair was tied back into a loose ponytail, her dark ocean colored eyes narrowed slightly as she took in his tense posture. The kid was worried, that was easy to tell. The way his shoulders were squared, his lips turning down slightly as his eyes squinted down at his laptop screen.
She had an open beer sitting in front of her, one that Haley had given her a few minutes earlier. Alex had already drank about half of it, this would probably be the only one she would have in quite some time. She was here to take care of what was lurking around in the forest, now wasn't the time to drink away her problems - she would have time to do that later. Her dark eyebrows furrowed as she leaned back in the kitchen chair, but soon stiffened as she heard footsteps and voices coming closer to the kitchen.
In walked Haley, she was a beautiful brunette, the girl next door kind of type. She was followed by two men, both of them were quite attractive but Alex knew there was more than what meets the eye - there always was. The shorter one of the two had dirty blonde hair, mischievous green eyes and a playful smirk across his lips. Definitely a playboy, Alex thought before she moved on to the man beside him. He was taller, with shaggy brown hair and looked to be younger. Closer to her age she thought, he seemed to be more of a gentle giant.
"This is Dean and Sam; they are rangers with the Park Service. They are here to help us find Tommy," Haley spoke as she began to move around the kitchen.
Alex grabbed her beer off of the table as the green eyed man assessed her and Ben, the taller one spoke, "If Tommy's not due back for a while, how do you all know that something is wrong?"
Haley came back towards the table placing a bowl on top of it, "He checks in every single day, he emails us photos and little videos....and we haven't heard anything from him in over three days now."
"Well, maybe he can't get cell reception out there," He replied smoothly like it was obvious, Alex tried to hold back a snort but failed causing green eyes to turn his focus back on her.
"He's got a satellite phone too."
The shorter one raised an eyebrow, "Could it be he's just having fun and forgot to check in?"
Ben looked up, a deep set frown on his face, "He wouldn't do that."
Both of the men turned their gaze onto Ben, causing him to look away with a slight blush grazing his cheeks. Kid was shy, Alex had to even admit that. Hell, he was now just starting to warm up to her and she had been around for quite some time. Alex had been in town for a while as she took a breather, but here she was being sucked into yet another case. There was no rest for the wicked she thought bitterly.
