~RING~

The bell rings & it's time for science, as I enter the room I see Arlo there on the right, beside the window, one seat away. Luckily there is a desk one seat away from him, I wouldn't survive sitting beside, infront or behind him! Although, I don't think he remembers or recognizes me. I sat at the desk getting distracted by his yellow curly hair reflecting the window by the sunlight, he was so bright, Shining..... like the setting sun...... like a pearl.....

Biology class
The biology teacher comes in & says "Hello everyone, today we'll be doing our final projects for our genetics unit, you will be in pairs of two, of course, I'll be choosing who you'll be paired up with," The teacher has snow white hair & plum eyes looking tired & not in the mood for jokes. I dozed off again looking at the same boy until the teacher mentioned my name "Y/N & Arlo, you'll be working together". Everyone got up and sat with their partners. Arlo got up from his seat & brought the chair to me & sat down, I got nervous, trying to speak but my mouth won't let me so we sat there in awkward silence until Arlo broke the silence.

"We should pull out our notes for the project?"

"Umm I don't have any................" I say in a low voice

"Not even any from your old school?" he asked

I cover my face from the embarrassment & shake my head, I take a peek & see him staring at me, his luminous pale skin, beautiful peach lips & cute blossom cheeks, my face turns into a tomato at the sight of him, swiftly I turn my head away from him.

"We can use my notes," He says.

"Let's get started," He says with a bitter voice,

~RING~

The bell rings & I start to pack up fast "I think I'll go back to the dorms early today, I feel sick," I thought to myself, until Arlo came to my desk.

"Y/N can I have your phone number?"

Shocked by this I ask "Um- sure, what for?" I get nervous & a little pink comes from my cheeks

"The project," he says. Of course, it's for the project, I'm so stupid.

We exchange phone numbers & I leave, walking back to the dorms.

I made it back to the dorm, threw my bag on the ground & plopped on the couch, exhausted from what happened today. I turned around my back touching the couch & closed my eyes hoping to get a good nap, but the blond boy popped up in my head. I covered my face with the thought of his gorgeous face. I got up from the couch & started doing my homework to distract myself from that blondie.

Trigonometry
I sat at my desk feeling tired, everything felt gloomy & quiet, all you can hear is the trigonometry teacher talking & writing on the board with chalk.

"Who wants to come up & prove this law?" He says. I raise my hand.

"Y/N"

"Um... May I use the bathroom?" I said, I really need the bathroom. The teacher gave me a glare with his red orbs making me regret what I had said.

"Go ahead...." the teacher sighed

~Flush~

"Ahh, so much better," I say walking out of the bathroom.

RUMBLE, RUMBLE.....

I stopped on my track wondering where that noise came from, the place felt quiet again so I brushed off the noise and continued on my way, but just as I began to take another step the wall cracked and

BOOM!

A pomegranate redhead came crashing through the wall and bumping against the other wall across where the boy came crashing through making a huge dent "Oh my god.... I COULD'VE JUST DIED IF I TOOK THAT STEP!!" I internally screamed. I ran towards the cherry haired boy to check on him.

"H-Hey, Are... You alright?" I stutter while contemplating my life choices.
"Ugh....." He says putting his hand on his head, he gets up all wobbly & looked up, he looked really pissed with those pineapple yellow eyes.

"Ouch! Damn you Isen!" he says aggressively, I look at my left & see a boy with orange on the top & black on the bottom like the fur colour of a fox, reddish-orange eyes like a gold fish's scale, he was holding on to a pen with the tip bent a little, looking upset with orange aura around him.

"You idiot.... I lend you my pen for one class & you go & break it!"

"Yeah... but you didn't have to hit me so hard... THAT FREAKING HURT-" before he could finish charging his energy beam I pushed him with my whole body & we fell on the ground, I look up & see his yellow eyes glaring at me "Oh sh*t, I'm dead, god, I know I'm asking for too much, but please help me!!" I thought to myself.

"HaHAhahAHAhahahahAHA!" the fox boy laughs pointing at the redhead.

"Shut up!!" He says, I flinched once he looked at me.

"Hey, you shouldn't have jumped like that! You seriously would've been hurt!!" He yells

"I'm sorry! But I didn't want you to destroy any more of this hallway " Which I wish I could say, but I couldn't say anything.

I get up & bow down, my hair covering my red embarrassed face & say "I-I'm sorry," as I was about to leave the scene I bump into a tall figure, I look up & see a stressed & VERY PISSED guy with messy midnight blue hair, sunset yellow eyes with deep eyebags, he's wearing a long white coat, a dark aura surrounding him. "looks like someone didn't get their coffee this morning,'' I thought to myself. I take 2 steps back, giving the man room and hoping he would leave me alone.
"God, save me!!!" I thought to myself, he grabbed us from the back of our collar & stomp loudly, sliding us across the hall, "We're so screwed...." Isen & the red head thought, "sh*t.....I have no idea what I did, but I'm so DEAD!!" I thought to myself.

I am so so sorry for not updating for a month (I think) I was super busy & never got the chance to finish chapter 2 of Barrier. >~< i really hope you guys can forgive me for delaying the chapter for a really long time, I'll try my best to update more often when I get the time.
