I love writing books like these that aren't my usual fiction books. From book swaps to daily quotes and now this!
Once again, I am not medically trained and if you find anything incorrect in this book, feel free to correct me!
Oh, and I'm from England so bear that in mind!
Also, it's for all ages from children to old people (though mainly for adults)
If you have a specific question, feel free to scour the titles of each chapter but, if not, enjoy!
Some chapters (most chapters) are rated 18+ but I think you can guess what those are.
