There were thirty-two seconds on the clock and we were down by two. James passed me the ball since no one was trying to guard me. I got the ball made it to the three-pointer line and faked it, I then passed it to Noah, My Brother, And I started running towards to hoop and Noah got the hint I wanted to dunk. So I was in mid-air when he passed me the ball and I did a windmill, My first dunk of the season, I was so proud of myself, well until I got back on the ground. When I started falling my left foot slipped on the ball and I didn't catch my balance so you guessed I had a broken arm and a sprained ankle, that's one hell of a way to go out with a bang.
Noahs POV
Layla passed me the ball and she gave me a look, the look we've been practicing with her dunks. I passed her the ball When she was in Mid-Air and she did a windmill I was so proud of her it was her first dunk of the season but she ended up breaking her arm after.
End POV
Noah Ran to me
"shit Lay are you okay," he said really scared
"No it hurts Noah," I said moaning in pain
coach and the Team Saw me on the ground so they soon after came running to me
"Layla where does it hurt," Coach said
"my arm and my ankle"
"Can someone call a doctor or something, she hurt and make it quick"
Coach was like a dad to me, he helped me shoot my first goal, attended all my graduations and he even drives me to school every now and then. so when I got hurt he didn't care about anything else.
"hey I said hurry up, can someone get me phone or something" coach said looking around
"Hey Lay just stay calm and sing moms song," Noah said
(you started singing)
then James said "damn Layla even when you hurt your singing hella good B,
I laughed at his comment
I finally got to a hospital with Noah and coach and they treated my arm and ankle. sadly I couldn't play in the finals but I did get them there so I was happy either way. of course, we won the game and they started celebrating without me but they saw me sitting in my wheelchair looking mad as hell so Noah and James came over and put me on their shoulders and started cheering.
