Quirk Name: Interface

Quirk Type: Emiter

Description: The user can "talk" to and interface with computers as long as they are touching a conductive surface connected to the computer. The user understands binary, and when they interface with a computer they are essentially just having a conversation with the computer. The computer is knowledgeable about things it was programmed to do, and it's apparent level of intelligence is proportional to the complexity and flexibility of it's programs.

The user can also modify the programs of a computer, and possibly teach it new things. The longer the user interfaces with a computer, the more their mind will leave a lasting impression on the computer, increasing it's efficiency and possibly leading to sentience.
