As soon as we entered the hotel there are lot of flashes everywhere so it kinda hurt my eyes. All we did is to smile so we don't look ugly in pictures.
Sa totoo lang nakakangawit ngumiti pero sanay naman na ako. 2 years in this industry sinong hindi masasanay.
Pumunta agad kami ni Kneith sa table na nakaassign samin. He pulled the chair for me which is lagi naman niyang ginagawa. So I smiled at him.
We are here because dito gaganapin yung birthday ng isang sikat na businessman sa buong mundo. He has a clothing brand, hospital, resorts, hotels and malls. So this party must be very bonggacious.
I also heard na naghahanap sila ng model to advertise their newly built resort. So kami ni Kneith ang napili, if you're wondering why are we even here.
The program started and I keep on bugging Kneith that I'm hungry na and he will just laugh at me and reply malapit na.
So here I am thinking what food I will eat.
"Cheat day ba today?" I asked Kneith. And he nod. So I silently celebrated because it's cheat day.
"Let us all welcome our birthday celebrant Mr. Devon Cyrhus Armiendo!" pagkasabi nung emcee yung pangalang yon, muntik na akong mabilaukan sa sarili kong laway.
"Happy Birthday to you!" pagsisimula nung emcee at pagkatapos ay sumunod ang crowd. I didn't sing tho, luh bitter!
After nung kantahan is nagspeech si Devon, after 'non ay ang pinakahihintay ko sa lahat, kainan na.
Nagsilabasan na yung mga taga serve ng foods so I guess walang pila pila na magaganap pero may dessert section sa pinakagilid which is for kids but I'll go there later, papasama ako kay Kneith HAHAHA.
Kumain lang ako ng salad and konting putahe na I don't know the names. And I started to pull Kneith's polo so he turned to me.
"I know what you want." sabi niya sabay tayo at agad naman akong sumunod.
Para akong bata na binilhan ng laruan nang makarating kami dito sa dessert section. Kami pa lang ang adults dito dahil busy pa sila kumain kasama lang namin ang mga bata.
I immediately go to the chocolate fountain and started to dip in those biscuits and marshmallows. I also ate cupcakes and cakes. So I guess dito na ako titigil kaya gusto ko na lang magpahangin sa labas.
"I'll just go outside." sabi ko Kneith.
"What? Ang daming media sa labas."sabi nito saka ako inirapan.
" Then sa rooftop na lang, I need to breathe." I said. Then he nodded as response. So I immediately went to the elevator and pressed the last floor. When I'm at the last floor nasa kabilang dulo pa yung hagdan papuntang rooftop.
Habang naglalakad ako sa hallway biglang bumukas yung pintuan na katapat ko at lumabas doon sila Devon at si Vhalen na lasing na lasing at akay-akay ni Devon.
So sila pa lang, wow! Ang strong naman.
Nagtataka ako kung bakit lasing si Vhalen eh wine lang naman yung sineserve kanina. Bakit ko ba sila iniisip?
