[General P.o.V]
It was a peaceful summer morning in Barnacle City. The air was clean, the sun was shining, and kids were playing in their yards. However, for a certain squid, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. He had lost his cashier job at the Krusty Krab, since it was revealed that Mr. Krabs used crab meat in his krabby patties which caused the place to shut down.
On top of that, he broke up with his long time boyfriend, Shrek after catching Shrek cheating on him with Swiper the fox. Feeling ashamed to show his face in Bikini Bottom, he packed his things and moved back in with his parents in their cottage in Barnacle City. Worse is that Shrek won custody of their daughter, Peppa, and won't let Squidward see her.
Even with his world crumbling around him, he still finds happiness in his clarinet which he named Claire. But what happens when Claire starts to catch feelings?
