Hey folks.
Originally, this collection was titled Quarantine Thoughts.
As you all know, this year hasn't been the kindest to us all.
The current title, Party For One, was inspired by my long-distance relationship with the love of my life, Alexander. A global pandemic meant that suddenly, all our planned trips were cancelled. It has now been 9 months since we last saw each other in person. Thank goodness for technology. And though that has been incredibly tough, we've gotten through the worst of days.
This special love of ours has had its ups and downs.
Downs: Not being able to sleep next to him at night.
Ups: Surprise flower deliveries.
Downs: The 2/3 hour time difference.
Ups: Having absolutely no doubt that he loves me.
This collection is about all the ups and downs of love, and all the stray thoughts inbetween. I hope you enjoy it.
To Alexander, thankyou for loving me through the good and the bad days. The days when I'm sweet and kind. The days when I'm snappy and impatient. You love me through the late nights and always stay up with me to resolve an argument. You underestimate yourself a lot. You're kind and sweet and giving and caring. You have the patience of a saint with me, you're protective and romantic and thoughtful. I could go on and on about all the things I love about you 💓
