6:00 am

I woke up to my alarm. I sat up and looked around and realized where I was. I went into the closet and changed into casual clothes. I brushed my teeth and hair. I walked out the bathroom and went over to the bed. I gave Brinkley and kiss and Noah. I was about to leave but I heard Jaden.
J: I don't get one
L: no
I walked out and went downstairs
Jh: what are you doing
L: work
I grabbed my keys and purse and went to the door
L: oh and make sure Jaden doesn't do anything to the kids.
Jh: I will
He chuckled I headed into my car and left to work.
I walked in and out my apron on. I started to clean the tables and out menus on them. I put the ketchup, salt, pepper on them I went to the cashier and turned them on. I whipped down the counters and then Lexi came in. We work at the same place.
Le: hey
L: hi
Le: I didn't see you drop off the kids
L: yeah about that. Um me and Jaden I guess a-
Le: you better not say together
L: no we are talking not like talking, talking like us right now.
Le: liv you can't get back with him you know what happened
(Pretend like she knows I forgot to put that in)
L: I know I'm not but he wanted to see the kids so I just let him.
Le: you have to promise me
L: I'm not
Le: so you dropped them off there this morning
L: no I kinda spent the night but it was late and they were worried for me to drive at night
Le: why were you there in the first place
L: they asked me to come and swimming so I did
Le: I bet Jaden was really mad at himself because he lost all of that
L: your an idiot
I said laughing.
Le: ok but seriously don't get with him again don't even get close to the talking
L: I want but he asked me to come live with them
Le: LIV NO
L: I said no well I didn't finish because he cut me off say just think about it and it would be easy for me.
Le: DONT he's going to do it again
L: I'm not
Boss: ok enough talking get to work
Le: Mattia there's no one here

Mattia

He is our boss. Me and him are kinda talking we just flirt. This has been going on for about a month now.

M : so who is 'he'

L: Lex
M; oh y'all dating
L: no he just wanted to see the kids.
We heard the bell ring meaning someone walked in. Lex put on her apron and went to the back starting to get the food ready. They came over to me. It was 3 teenagers. Boys. Probably 16-17
L: what may I get you today
Boy1: what about a slice of cake
L: we don't serve cake and it's morning
Boy1: no I'm talking about a slice of that cake
He said pointing to my lower half referring to my butt.
L: if your not going to order you can leave
I said leaning on the counter into there faces with my eyes squinted.
Boy2: can we have a menu.
He said in a kinda scared voice
L: yes there on the tables pick one
I said standing up straight agin. They quickly walked over to a table. Mattia came over and leaned back on his elbows beside me.
L: what do you want
M: what about me and you go to a little restaurant tonight at 8
L: is mattia asking me on a date
M: idk is he
L: well if he is I say yes
M: mattia is going to pick you up at 7:30 so be ready.
L: I will.
He walked off to the back with a big smile. I smiled and shook my head. I went over to the boys table with my note pad.

3:45pm

I opened the door and seen Noah screaming and Brinkley running around with a sharpie.
The boys were chasing Brinkley. Jaden and Quinton trying to calm down Noah.
L: why is Noah crying and why does Brinkley have a sharpie.
I yelled getting there attention. Every got quite excepted Noah who was crying. He slipped off the couch and ran over to me. I picked him up his bottom half was wet. He put his head into my shoulder
L: are you going to tell me why he's crying or what
J: he tripped when we were by the pool and fell in but before his face went under water I grabbed him.
L: why was he by the pool in the first place.
J: to play outside.
L: you have to keep a eye on them. And why does Brinkley have a sharpie
B: she went into Jaden's office and got it. She won't give it back
L; that's why you close doors Brinkley give it back.
She gave it to josh. Noah stopped crying and looked up at Jaden and said
N: bad dada
I laughed a little
L: I need to go home
J: why
L: because I have to were there bag.
Jh: upstairs
I went upstairs after setting Noah down and went into Jaden's room. I get there toys together and clothes. I made sure I got everything. I was about to leave the room but I heard Jaden come in.
J: I'm sorry I should've been watching him but please don't leave
L: I'm not leaving because of that I had a few mistakes too but I just have something to do that's why I'm leaving.
J: can't you do it here
L: no not really sorry
I walked past him downstairs and he followed.
J: do you need me to watch them
L: no I'll just get Tayler he probably misses them
J: but I want to and they ARE my kids.
He tried to make a point to watch them tonight. I stopped dead in my tracks. I turned to look at him
L: they aren't YOUR kids I birthed them and took care of them most of there lives.
J: they have MY last name and I was the one who got you pregnant
L: just like I said. Just because they have your last name doesn't mean anything. And yeah you got me pregnant but to be a father you have to act like one and be in there life.
J: you cut me out of there life. We would still be together if you didn't leave.
L: I'm sorry I didn't want to get abused and raped.
I heard gasp and looked over. All of the boys were watching. I picked up noah.
L: Brinkley we're going home
B: I thought this is home
L: no sweetie
I said as tears filled my eyes
B: ok
I opened the door and let her out first. I walked out and closed the door. I put them in the car seats and left. Silently crying as I drove.
I pulled up to the apartment. I got out and Noah was asleep. I got him out first and then Brinkley.
