We've lost, I thought. 

Gina, the most popular girl at school, and my girlfriend. Parents were selfish, abusive pricks. Oh, I almost forgot, she's now a vampire. Her little sister's came to stay with me in an old family cabin. 

We had to fight to get Gina back. After, my brother, James, that was supposed to be dead, wasn't as dead as I thought. Sure, he was dead. But, he was part of the undead. A vampire, like Gina.

He tried to harm Gina and her sister's. I didn't care that he was trying to hurt me. He abducted Gina, and killed  her. I had to kill James. He wasn't the boy I once knew. He was something crazed, insane, power hungry. I met up with an old friend, Martin, at a party. We pissed Gina off because she didn't know who he was. She found out he was an old friend, also a vampire. 

When we got home, We found Jinny's and Leanne's stuff everywhere. It looked like someone was struggling. Jinny is five, and Leanne is four. Leanne's and Jinny's birthdays are on the same day. They are both very intelligent for their ages. 

I'm a vampire, witch, hybrid. My actual name is Theresa, but I go by Tessa. My last name, Smith, is actually my last name. My parents died over a century ago. My mother was a noblewoman, a witch, and a wonderful mother. I thought I witnessed my brother's death, guess I was wrong. This time, I was the one to deliver the final blow. What was funny, was that my brother had a bodyguard named Martin. They weren't the same person, though. 

That's how we got here. Me cradling a crying Gina in my arms, while Martin contacted people to help us find her sisters.

I'm guessing it was my brother's, sired, vampire, girlfriend, that did this. Her name was Luna. 

That bitch, I thought. She's not very smart.
