"Dad I'm gonna go explore the woods, I called out. "

"Alrighty, don't wonder off to far, and stay out of trouble."

" No promises, I said walking out the door. "

My dad still travels the world even tho my mother is gone, she finally had her curse lifted and didn't live any longer than a year after I was born. I know he's still torn up about it but he didn't really show it. Sometimes Uncle Ban the sin of greed comes to visit with his daughter Jinco, and her mother. Generally when that happens Dad and Uncle ban get drunk, leaving me alone with Jinco.

It's not that I don't like her it's that she's so much taller, and beats me at everything we play. I know that Ban isn't actually my uncle, but I grew up calling him that from seeing the way my dad and him acted. I always like to explore the new areas my dad puts the boat hat.

I was wondering in the woods looking for animals and a tree I could climb to my hearts content. After a few minutes of walking I saw a huge tree that looked amazing to climb,but when I came nearer I saw a tail of what seemed to be a cat sticking out. I looked around the tree when I saw something I was not expecting... A girl with the ears and tail of a cat. She had messy blue hair that faded into purple, and scrapes and bruises along her arms and legs. She was wearing a purple t-shirt and old town up Jean shorts, she was nuzzled into the tree sleeping where the roots came up like a tent.I

"Hey, I said trying to wake her up."
As I said that she woke up and quickly got up, and hid behind the tree when she saw me.

"Hey sorry did I scare you, I wasn't trying to, are you ok."

" Um.... Uh.... Y-yeah, she stuttered out. "

"What's your name, I asked with a smile. "

"Um... M-Miyako, she said quietly with her guard still up."

" I'm Tairex! It nice to meet cha. "
I extended my hand out, and she slowly took it.

"You wanna hang out for a bit, I asked with a smile."

She slowly started dropping her guard, " You wanna hang out me? "

"Nope I was talking to the tree I smiled."

She gave out cutest giggle I've ever heard, when she went back to having her guard up a little. "So you don't mind?"

"Mind what, I asked confused."

" my e-ears a-nd tail., She said quietly. "

"No why would I they look awesome."
She started playing with her fingers, "thank you most people despise me for them."

" why I asked sitting down, her soon following. "

"Well beast men are treated as unequally, and my dad was one, and my mom was human."

" Well that's sounds awesome having a beastman as a dad, and a human mother!
What are they like?! "

"I wouldn't know."
I was confused now, she looked sad and her head now hung. "Huh? What do you mean?"

" their dead, my mother and father were killed because she fell in love with a beastman. "

I put my head down "I'm sorry."

" don't be it wasn't your fault. "

After that we talked more and I found out that she dosnt have a home. Turns out she moves around a lot. I told her about my mom, and told her that my dad was the Dragon sin of wrath, Meliodas. I couldn't believe that people dislike her, she seems amazing to me.
