Chapter 1.

Today.

RENESMEE'S POV

                "Wake up!" came the hissing voice in my ear. "Nessie! Wake up!"

                "Ugh" I groaned, reaching up and running a hand across my face in attempt to wipe away the sleepiness. I slowly opened my eyes and blinked a few times- allowing them to adjust to the natural sun light pouring through the sky-light and directly onto where I slept.

                I groaned again as I realised my bed wasn't supposed to be here.  

                "Alice" I mumbled in my sleepy stupor, reaching down and pushing myself into a dazed seated position. "What are you doing?" I stuttered, still desperately trying to wake up. Clearly Alice had moved my bed whilst I slept in order to wake me faster. Either that or Uncle Emmett had been in my room again. But I was almost positive it was Alice. If it had been Emmett then I was sure I'd have known about it by now.  

                "It's the 25th Ness!" Alice shrieked in my ear- seemingly oblivious to my sleep deprived state.

                Instantly I dropped the comforter from around my head and looked at my aunt. Her pixie-like face grinned back at me- her eyes swimming with the countless ideas she had been planning for at least the last year.

                "Oh" I squealed, flinging the comforter and blanket off of me.

                Alice laughed; "Yeah, I thought that would wake you"

                I jumped up from my bed and raced quickly to my en-suite bathroom, I ran the tap and splashed water onto my face in a lame attempt to calm myself. Alice followed me to the bathroom- I heard her trilling laughter from behind me and turned to see her stood in the doorway- I couldn't help but smile. I had missed Alice- she'd been gone for almost a week and nobody would tell me where she had been. It had seemed odd though that she hadn't taken Uncles Jazz with her. They were never usually apart. Everyone had assured me that there was nothing wrong- and that she was just taking care of a few things.  

                "I missed you" I told her once I had finished sluicing my face.

                "I missed you too Ness" Alice grinned- dancing her way over to me and enveloping me in a tight embrace. "So what have you been up to?"

                "Not much" I shrugged "There's not much for me to do is there?" As expected Aunt Alice had taken control of all the wedding preparations. One thing was certain though- It would be spectacular. But even I had to admit that having no control over our wedding was a little daunting- we didn't even know where we were getting married.
