There is no actual way to get fans on wattpad.The only things you can do is improve the blurb by making it either funnier or more interesting sounding(if that makes sense to you!)
Or you could try makink it less Restricted and more pg-13. The R might be putting people off reading it( but its only a guess)
Personally this story wouldn't be for me with the storyline but im sure some people would like the story. They just haven't read it yet:) But if after a long long while people still aren't reading it, maybe you should just consider scrapping it for a while and trying a different genre or plot. From what i have read you seem to be a good writer
