OK so I got a friend to draw this a while back and he got most everything right except the wings which I want to look more like ice Spyro's crystallized wings,horns,underbelly,and spinal fins similar to what I recall or below.

But I also want to tail to be a blade specifically the green part not the blue and the black just the Green Blade at the end of the tail please.

Maybe you could draw them on all fours hunker down facing forward with his tail slightly raised. With the background being the night sky with stars just a suggestion though you're the one drawing and I'm the one asking you for your services so ultimately it's up to you.
