The sound of a crowd cheering was heard from miles around, the crowd surrounded a large tower with an unfinished top. A young man with long blonde hair and emerald green eyes was presenting the power of God to all of London, inspiring the entire crowd. While there were the people who enjoyed the show, there were people who were rather suspicious, thinking that something wasn't right.

Jacobs POV
I was in shock, I was amazed, but I feel that something is missing here... Nobody mentioned that this man would harness the ability of Ophelia, I've never even seen him before. If he's the one with Ophelia, he must be on good terms with Howell right? My family is on good terms with Howell, hell, the Joestars are on good terms with everyone. We got the privilege to watch the show with the Howell's, and I turn over to him and... he seems rather concerned? I can tell something isn't right with this picture.

End of POV
Across from the unfinished tower was many people standing on a balcony of a large mansion, some enjoyed the show, some didn't. The blonde-haired man who was presenting these abilities did many things, creating birds out of thin air, removing the clouds out of the sky, and many other things that made the crowd cheer louder than they already are. Jacob watched the show for a bit longer, then got up to leave the Mansions ground. Before he left, a man on the balcony shouted at him "where do you think you're going? The presentation of Ophelia isn't finished!". Jacob sighed, looking back at the man "dad, I'm just going to go visit Lira, I'll be home in a few hours". Before his father could even say anything, he left the Mansions ground, heading down towards the city.

As Jacob moved down the streets of London, he could see people cheering on their Balconies, people looking amazed by the random birds flooding the skies. As Jacob rushed towards an old building, he looked up at the bright sky filled with birds of many colours "this is insane... but it doesn't feel right, I have to look further into this". Jacob gently knocked on the wooden door, tapping his foot impatiently. Finally, a girl with messy black hair, a white hoodie, and tired eyes answered the door. Jacob crossed his arms, smirking at her "I knew I would find you here, you clearly don't even care about an event as big as this one". Lira grunted, rubbing her eyes "shouldn't you be at the Howell's manor? What do you want?". Jacob grabbed her shoulders, giving her a rather serious look "something bizarre is going on... and I need your help...".
